Remove Libraries from Windows 8 Explorer sidebar

I had removed the Libraries from my Windows 7 with this registry tweaks, but since the update to Windows 8 the Liebraries are back in my Windows Explorer. So I tried to tweak the registry again, but it fails to get permission to change the value (in Windows 7 it worked).

Someone know how to remove the Libraries folder or to get the permission to change the value?
