Unable to get wireless card working properly in DELL D620 laptop - Zorin OS 6.0 (3.2.0)

I have a DELL D620 laptop running Zorin OS 6.0 (3.2.0) The wireless was working prior to running Update Manager.

Here is the output from some commands:
