D-Link DWA-125 Wireless network card not working after upgrade from 10.04 to 12.04

I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 and now the wireless network card D-Link DWA-125 doesn't work. I have the drivers from the official website, But neither recognized during installation.

lo        no wireless extensions.

vmnet8    no wireless extensions.
