Upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 Failed due to network troubles

12.10

Every time I try and upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 it keeps telling me that there are network problems.

Is this a problem on "the other" side?

My upgrade got through downloading half the packages last night but then went into sleep and then failed. Could it have something to do with that? Would I need to open a terminal and clear a "cache" (no idea what I'm talking about here)

(Solved now, tried it again through out the day and it downloaded and installed fine)
