I don't know if this is a "feature" or not, but when I lock my screen in Ubuntu (GNOME 3), if Google Chrome needs to show a JavaScript alert (like if I set a reminder for an event in Google Calendar), Chrome will show up on top of the lock screen.

If you'd like to simulate it, try running this JSFiddle, just click on the green box and lock your screen before the alert shows up - http://jsfiddle.net/skoshy/ZYSYr/

Anyone know how to fix/avoid this?
