Shouldn't WP8 Emulator Work With an Intel Q9650?

My comp is as follows: -Windows 8 Pro -Visual Studio 12 Pro -Asus P5Q Pro Turbo -Intel Q9650 (Core 2 Quad 3.0 Ghz)

As far as I can tell, this setup should support Windows Phone 8 Emulator, but When I installed Windows Phone 8 SDK, it said that my computer doesn't support hardware virtualization.

It says here that it does: http://ark.intel.com/products/35428/Intel-Core2-Quad-Processor-Q9650-(12M-Cache-3_00-GHz-1333-MHz-FSB)
