How to re-install IIS with factory settings?

I had made some changes in IIS 7.5 on Win 7 and after that it has been not working correctly. The website are not opening and they are giving errors. I already tried installing/re-installing IIS using "Turn Windows features on or off" but it didn't help. I also tried to replace "ApplicationHost.Config" file inside "C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\config" with the backup file in "%systemdrive%\inetpub\history" directory but this also didn't help. I want to have the IIS with default factory settings.
