How can I Instal shockwave on Ubuntu

I got this computer from someone and it had ubuntu installed on it. I like it but I find it complicated and I have been trying to download and every time I try to install something an error comes up

Please help me uninstall ubuntu and get Windows back or help me get these downloads to work.
