an error while restoring windows 7 from a restore point

When I make a restore point and I come back to restore the windows 7, it gives this error:

No restore point have been created on your computer system drives, to create a restore point open system protection.

I've made a restore point why does it give this error? What should I do? I completely know how to make restore points and I've made some on the laptop and other devices but in my computer which have windows 7 when I make restore point and when I want to use them it gives the error! Please help.

I'm not English so can't speak it well.
