MBP Bluetooth PAN connection with iPhone 4

I am trying to share MBP(OSX 10.8.3) internet connection with iPhone 4 (iOS 6) using Bluetooth PAN(Personal Area Network). Problem is Bluetooth PAN is not getting an ip address. I have tried to renew DHCP lease but nothing works. When I give a Manual IP address, the Bluetooth PAN goes green but doesn't shows the connection in iPhone. enter image description here

Is it possible to share the internet connection via Bluetooth.

Note: I don't want to create an Ad-hoc connection over wifi.
