Is There any GUI Application for Flash Media Live Encoding for Ubuntu or Linux

I need to Broadcast a TV channel to a Website.

I need a GUI application for Flash Media Live Encoding.

Famous Adobe FME does not have a Linux version.

I did try to install Open Broadcast Encoder in Ubuntu 13.04 64amd but wasnt successfull.

So the things that I need to know are;

Is There any GUI Application for Flash Media Live Encoding for Ubuntu or Linux ?

Is it able to succesfully install Open Broadcast Encoder In Ubuntu ?
