• Cisco VPN Client Behind ASA 5505

  I'm trying to get connected to another ASA via Cisco VPN Client. I am behind an ASA 5505 myself and I am tryihng to VPN to a 5510. I get the message: Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding. I can connect to the other ASA if I use a normal cheap Linksys.   Hi, i have part of Asp.NET 1.1 project. I work with remote site, which works incorrect in some cases - sometimes it write incorrect Content-Encoding header. In my code i get HttpResponse from this remote site. And if Content-Encoding header is equals, for example, "gzip", i need to set Content-Encoding header to "deflate". But there is no properties or methods in HttpResponse class to get Content-Encoding header. Content-Encoding property returns, in my case, "UTF-8". In Watch window i see _customProperties field, which contain wrong string value. How can i change header value with Asp.NET 1.1?

• Using MobileMe idisk as a git repository

  I am trying to use git and MobileMe as a version control system for a personal project I am working across several computers. So far i have done the following. Created and empty bare repository on my local computer $ mkdir myproject.git $ cd myproject.git $ git init --bare $ git update-server-info I then copied the myproject.git directory to the mobile me disk, and sync my computer with mobile me. I then switched to the directory where my project was on my local machine, set the remote origin and try to push the local repository to mobile me $ cd myproject $ git remote add origin https://<username>@idisk.me.com/<username>/myproject.git/ $ git push --all Im am then asked for my password twice. The first time is the mobile me password, any other password gets an error. After entering the second password, and believe me i've tried everything, terminal just hangs. So what am I doing wrong? • Getting black images with selenium.captureScreenshot

  I'm executing selenium tests with testng, that are started on a remote system with Selenium RC via hudson (with ssh connection). The remote system is windows xp with MKS Toolkit installed, hence ssh. Tests are NOT executed as a windows service. I've tried using both captureScreenshot and captureEntirePageScreenshot methods. The first one always produces a black image. The second one creates the correct screen shot but it only works on Firefox and our tests usually pass on Firefox and fail in other browsers, so it is crucial to capture screen shots for the other browsers (mainly IE and Safari).   My company is developing a plugin/add-on for Visual Studio 2010. When the user asks to display the help for our product, we plan on opening an HTML page (or suite of pages) within Visual Studio. I'm helping to design and implement the help system. What web engine/version is used within Visual Studio 2010? According to Wikipedia it is not Trident(!). Am I allowed to load remote JavaScript content (via a <script> element)? Am I allowed to use XHR to load remote content? Will my page be trusted and have access to the FileSystemObject? I would appreciate any resources you can give me on programming specifically to the 'web' capabilities of VisualStudio2010-as-a-browser.

• KML Layers Cursor CSS - Google Maps API v3

  I've run into a small problem with the semi-new KML Overlay functionality with Google Maps API v3, wherein while I am able to use "suppressInfoWindows: true;", the cursor still appears as though the overlay(s) are clickable. Is there a way at this time to change the css on the overlay(s) so that the cursor is the default cursor, so that they are purely visual, and don't confuse the user? • How to recover gracefully from a C# udp socket exception

  Context: I'm porting a linux perl app to C#, the server listens on a udp port and maintains multiple concurrent dialogs with remote clients via a single udp socket. During testing, I send out high volumes of packets to the udp server, randomly restarting the clients to observe the server registering the new connections. The problem is this: when I kill a udp client, there may still be data on the server destined for that client. When the server tries to send this data, it gets an icmp "no service available" message back and consequently an exception occurs on the socket. I cannot reuse this socket, when I try to associate a C# async handler with the socket, it complains about the exception, so I have to close and reopen the udp socket on the server port. Is this the only way around this problem?, surely there's some way of "fixing" the udp socket, as technically, UDP sockets shouldn't be aware of the status of a remote socket? Any help or pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks.

  Hi, I have a database working in mu local sql server 2005 express edition. I have to import my local dtabase to a remote servr database. For that i established connection to that remote server, and i can now see that database . but when i tried to restore database fro my local machine i'm getting an error message when i tried to give backup file location. Below is the error message The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'xp_availablemedia', database 'mssqlsystemresource', schema 'sys'. The user does not have permission to perform this action. • How to ignore/prevent javadoc folder from validation during Eclipse Build?

  In my war is a huge javadoc folder. There is no point in validating it since javadocs are produced by Sun(Oracle) javadoc utility. I have forgotten how I did it the last time. I need to tell Eclipse build not to validate that particular folder. Reasons why I need it: 1. the html produced by Sun javadoc generation utility does not meet the requirement that Eclipse uses - there is a bug report in Eclipse but Eclipse responds that Sun javadoc generator non-compliance is not their fault and that Eclipse intends to stick to their strict compliance. Which results in lots of html errors listed in the problems tab. 2. the javadoc folder is a remote link and high activity on that link is using up my cpu resource, and because it is a link to a remote location, that cpu high activity is sustained for long time until it finishes scanning the whole 35MB javadocs.   I want to connect to a remote desktop connection to a specified server/username from c#. I don't want to download this dll from anywhere as I'm not sure if I can trust it. However it also says: "After research on the web I found that I have to create new AxMSTSCLib and MSTSCLib DLLs. So I did" How do I "create" this new AxMSTSCLib ?   Hi I'm trying to create a bookmarklet which will use the jquery-ui - what steps must I take to do this? My bookmarklet loads a remote script and appends it to the page. This script includes jquery and jquery-ui, but getting the stylesheets and images is turning into a nightmare. Do I have to edit all the CSS to point images to their locations on the remote server?   How do you use this great new API in connection with Java? Do you use just pure native process API like nativeProcess.standardInput.write() and nativeProcess.standardOutput.read() with which you cannot debug Java side neither invoke remote java method. Or you are using some library that leverages remote method invocation such as flerry lib but that also cannot debug Java side? Or maybe you are using Merapi with which you can debug but cannot remotely invoke Java method? I'm asking this because this is maybe the most important question regarding this API and its ease of use.
