    Hello all, I have written a code to send mail on yahoo or gmail.Mail is sending on gmail but i m not seeing any message in yahoo mail.     Hello. I am creating a site that requires a very small postcode checker. I have approx 8 postcode prefix's, HX, HD, BD, LS etc in an array. I also have a simple input field and submit btn. When the user types in a postcode for example HX5 9DU I want Jquery to check the array, if there is match for the first 2/3 letters I want a div to fade in displaying a message. How would I do this?     I just saw the following code among the successful submissions at codechef. http://www.codechef.com/viewplaintext/1595846 I used to think that float max(int n,int arr[n][n]) {....} is not allowed in C++ (as 'n' is a variable). My CodeBlocks (on windows) with MinGW [gcc 4.4] gives compile time error. that "error: array bound is not an integer constant. Then how can be such a solution be accepted by CodeChef's judge.     I have read this question and I'm still not sure whether it is possible to keep pointers to methods in an array in Java, if anyone knows if this is possible or not it would be a real help. I'm trying to find an elegant solution of keeping a list of Strings and associated functions without writing a mess of hundreds of 'if's.   • Need help in downloading file with header() function

    Hi. I'm trying to explain as best as I can, sorry for my English. I have a list of links, each linked to a php file with an id by parameters (ex. download.php?id=1 or ?id=2 and so on). This file create a new instance of a class witch return the correct header of the files so it displays the save dialog box of the browser. Now I need to check if the files is already downloaded in past (The first time you downloaded it I add a field on the mysql db). This checks go ahead if you haven't download the files, else return false. Here is the problem, when it returns false or something else the browser redirect me to the download.php file, so I get a blank page or what I'm echoing. I need that if the file is already download it show me a js alert for advice ppl. Hope you can understand what i mean. Thanks for help

  • Override l() function in Drupal

    I'm currently working on a Drupal site (6.*), which when in production mode will be accessed through some kind of http proxy, which means I will have to rewrite all the links for my custom theme if the $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_SERVER'] variable is set to the domain people will access the site from. The site has a lot of internal linking, mostly through Views. My thought is that the easiest way to solve this would be to hook into the url() and/or the l() functions and post process the url before returning it if HTTP_X_FORWARDED_SERVER is set. My problem is that I can't figure out how to hook into these functions, or if it's even possible without touching the core, has anyone had to do this? How did you solve it?

    I have a scalar UDF that I know to be deterministic, however SQL doesn't. Is there a way to declare it as deterministic so that I can then use it in a persisted computed column definition? further clarification: The purpose of this exercise is that I need to harvest out specific values from an XML column on the row. I can't use the value method of the xml column in my computed column definition, but I can use it in a UDF. I know the xpath query in the value method will produce the same output give the same input so while I certainly understand that not all calls to value will be deterministic I want to assert that mine is.

    hi, I am using a dropdown, a devexpress grid view and a button on my page. My gropdown contains the months in the format MM/YYYY, and on dropdown's selection change the data binds in the grid view. the functionality of button is to go on previous page as same as back button of browser. Now, my prob is that if i select any month and then select another month, the data changes. but now when i click on back button having onclick ="history.go(-1)", changes the data on the grid view but the month in the dropdown remains the same. For example: Suppose, first i have month selected as 02/2010 At this time the data in grid view is for exapmle 01234 now when i select month 03/2010 the data in grid changes to 56789 now when i click on back button, then data in grid changes to 01234 but the month in dropdown remains to 03/2010. Please help me for this.. Thanks in advance for all who will give solution for this.
