  • C# Console Program Won't Execute from Command Prompt

    I have made a very simple program in C#. When I double click the compiled exe, it executes and works. When I run the exe from the command prompt, it does absolutely nothing. I have tried executing it from an Administrator command prompt also. I am on Windows 7. This is very frustrating. The only command the program executes when ran is SendMessageW(Process.GetCurrentProcess().MainWindowHandle, WM_APPCOMMAND, Process.GetCurrentProcess().MainWindowHandle, (IntPtr)APPCOMMAND_VOLUME_MUTE);

    Can someone please help me with this preg_match if (preg_match('~[^A-Za-z0-9_\./\]~', $filepath)) // Show Error message. I need to match a possible filepath. So I need to check for double slashes, etc. Valid file path strings should look like this only: mydir/aFile.php or mydir/another_dir/anyfile.js So a slash at the beginning of this string should be checked also.     I'm trying to a binary file consisting of floats with Octave (on OS X), but I'm getting the following error: octave-3.2.3:2> load Input.dat R -binary error: load: failed to read matrix from file `Input.dat' The file was written like so: std::ofstream fout("Input.dat", std::ios::trunc | std::ios::binary); fout.write(reinterpret_cast<char*>(Buf), N*sizeof(double)); fout.close(); Any idea what could be going wrong here?

The user can enter anything in that textarea, e.g. many double or single quotes. How can I store that data? Normally we store by adding that data in one variable and then put that in sql, but the quotes cause problems.

    I am using Eazfuscator.NET 3.0.41 to obfuscate a (VS 2010) WPF 4 application. After obfuscating, when I double click the exe file it's throwing an error message like this. "Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.     I am new in Prolog. I need to declare a function which looks at a list like [[1, 0, 0], [1, 0, 0], [1, 0, 0]] and if the value is 0 returns its address(by considering it as a double array).     We all know that Debug.Assert will not be compiled into the dlls when compiled in release mode. But for some reason Debug.Assert did appear in the release version of a component I wrote. I suspect that I might have mess up my csproject setting. Any idea why Debug.Assert appears in release mode? P/S: I have double checked to make sure that I was really compiling in release mode before asking this question.

    i have a string like this something = "something, something1, "something2, something else", something3" i need it to be read into a table like this: field1 = "something" field2= "something2" field3 = "something2, something else" field4 = "something3" please notice that the double quotes in the something string signified that the string inside the quotes is to be placed in one field anyone know how to do this with an insert into statement or some other way? the answer can be purely sql or can be vba with sql. thanks!
