WD MBWE II (White Strip Light) 2TB - unable to access data

I have a WD MBWE II (White Strip Light) 2TB - (WD20000H2NC-00) Was working fine until a few days ago. I guess there was a power failure and after that I am unable to access the 'Public' or the 'Download' folder anymore. I have been searching for answers everywhere but came up empty handed. Web GUI still works, SSH works. I hooked up both the drives on my PC and UFS Explorer sees the drive. But so far I am unable to retrieve any of my data. I do not remember what RAID setting I used when I first got the drive. I can see from GUI that it is set as "Stripe". The drive contains 10 years of family pictures which I really do not want to loose. Sadly and stupidly, I didn't even keep a backup of this drive. Can somebody please help or point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance for your help. Disk Utility on Ubuntu reports 1405 bad sectors on one drive. How can I retrieve my data? Please help. AInsert.java in the AInsert.java file, I do a String itemdescription = request.getParameter("longdesc"); which then sends the value to a preparedstatement to run an insert query. In the query, there are sometimes special characters which throw it off. For example, when I run the following insert into itemdescription (longdesc) values ('SMARTNET%^" 8X5XNBD') here is the actual snippet: PreparedStatement ps = conn.prepareStatement("INSERT INTO itemdescription (longdesc) values(?)"); ps.setString(1, itemdescription); ps.executeUpdate(); It will produce an error saying : Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'LongDesc', table 'App.dbo.itemdescription'; column does not allow nulls. UPDATE2: I created an html form and did a direct insert with the encoded itemdescription such as and the insertion works correctly with the special charaters and everything. I guess there is something going on with my javascript submit. Any ideas on this?

I have website working fine before. But now its not able to connect to the server(I believe that is the problem). But its strange that the message not able to connect to the server is not coming and its keep connecting... for infinite time. Here is the screenshot.
