  • wordpress permalinks

    I set my wordpress permalink structure to /%postname%/ but now when I go to a page other than the home page (for example if I went to somelink.com/about) I lose all javascript references. I think this happens because the links to the js files are no longer right as it is in the imaginary folder "about".     I am using word 2007 and am inserting code into the document. I have a style with a fixed-width font and light grey background and all, and I use Notepad++ for syntax highlighting. I am using a fileupload on the page where they can find the document and copy the path and then paste it into the details view.     I am trying to do fectch the first and the last record of a 'grouped' record. More precisely, I am doing a query like this SELECT MIN(low_price), MAX(high_price), open, close FROM symbols WHERE date BETWEEN(.. ..) GROUP BY YEARWEEK(date) but I'd like to get the first and the last record of the group. It could by done by doing tons of requests but I have a quite large table. Is there a [low processing time if possible] way to do this with MySQL?

  • Raphael Scope Drag n drop multiple paper instances

    I have two Raphael paper instances. In both I want to drag and drop an element (circle). It is important for me to assign both these circles the same id. I expected no problem, as both are in different paper instances and therefore in different scope. What happens is, that somehow both elements react, when I have clicked both elements at least once. If I however give these elements different IDs everything works fine (each element only calls its "start", "drag" and "up" function if draged around). Is this intended behaviour of Raphael and do I have to assign different IDs to the elements in the different paper instances?   • SQL Server ORDER BY/WHERE with nested select

    I'm trying to get SQL Server to order by a column from a nested select. I know this isn't the best way of doing this but it needs to be done. I have two tables, Bookings and BookingItems. BookingItems contains StartDate and EndDate fields, and there can be multiple BookingItems on a Booking. I need to find the earliest startdate and latest end date from BookingItems, then filter and sort by these values. I've tried with a nested select, but when I try to use one of the selected columns in a WHERE or ORDER BY, I get an "Invalid Column Name".   • How can I set the minDate/maxDate for jQueryUI Datepicker using a string?

    jQueryUI Datepicker documentation states that the minDate option can be set using "a string in the current dateFormat". So I've tried the following to initialize datepickers: $("input.date").datepicker({ minDate: "01/01/2010", maxDate: "12/31/2010" }); However, this results in my datepicker having a selectable date range that goes from 11/06/2015 to 12/17/2015. I've checked the current dateformat and its mm/dd/yy, which is supposed to mean 2 digits for the month, 2 for the day, and 4 for the year, separated by slashes. I've also tried including dateFormat: "mm/dd/yy" in the inizialization statement. I've also checked the values for minDate and maxDate afterwards and they ARE being set to the values I want: 01/01/2010 and 12/31/2010. I want to be able to set min/maxDate with strings because I'm being passed these values as strings from somewhere else. Maybe someone knows why this happens and how to solve this, or a workaround to achieve this, perphaps changing the format of the date strings or something?   • An Efficient data structure for Sorted List

    I want to save my objects according to a key in the attributes of my object in a sorted fashion. Later on I'll access these objects sequentially from max key to min key. I'll do some search tasks as well. I consider to use either AVL tree or RB Tree. As far as i know they are nearly equivalent in theory(Both have O(logn)). But in practice which one might be better in performance in my situation. And is there a better alternative than those, considering that I'll mostly do insert and sequentially access to the ds.
