  • Call panel.invalidate outside form class in C#

    Hey, I need to call "panel.invalidate" outside my form (WINform) class also I need to change some other controls as well, I read similar question here, and tried what they said, but it didn't work and I wasn't convinced at all. The answer I read was about exposing a public method like this: public void EnableButton(bool enable) { this.myButton.Enabled = enable; } Also I made a static instance in the other file static Form1 myForm = new Form1(); Any useful suggestions??

  • Attached property and style missing on re adding the user control

    Hey people I've got an issue with a WPF project I'm working on, I have an items control which I add to and remove from certain user controls, these contols styles and attached properties are there on first view but when I remove and add them again the user control apears on screen but is detached from the items control attached properties and styles. Is this behaviour common and if so what is the best way to handle it? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to modify the class in order to be able to initialize it like a normal object?     I have windows forms application with multiple forms and controls in them. I want if user has selected some text in any control of any form of my application and click on cut/copy/paste button on toolbar operation get performed accordingly. i m using C#.net's sendkeys.send("^c") on click of copy button but it doesn't work... OR any 1 can tell if is there any way to get selected text (despite of knowing, which form/control of my application). Thanks in advance...

The reason why I'm doing this is that because I have a column with Auto_Increment feature and that column associates with other table. So, I just need to insert some exactly same data and it's multiple rows (dynamic) but by using single INSERT syntax below : INSERT INTO outbox_multipart (TextDecoded) VALUES ('$SMSMessage') how to have this single INSERT syntax, but produce n number of rows?
