I know selection of element for a purpose is most important thing. what i should judge person ability from his code; from a good written, managed, optimized css or how he wrote class and id names?   • Using two threads and controlling one from the other in java?

    Can someone please help me out. I need to use two threads in a way that one thread will run permanently while(true) and will keep track of a positioning pointer (some random value coming in form a method). This thread has a logic, if the value equals something, it should start the new thread. And if the value does not equal it should stop the other thread. Can someone give me some code snippet (block level) about how to realize this?

    When I use the annotation: @XmlRootElement(name="RootElement", namespace="namespace") class RootElement { to create xml file from java, it creates the root element as: <ns2:RootElement xmlns:ns2="namespace"> but I wanted to create without the "ns2", like: <RootElement xmlns="namespace"> Any idea how to fix it?   • Drupal blocks are syncing?

    I am trying to enable a new theme on a site running Drupal 6.16. I enable it fine, it has its own namespace in the theme and theme registry. However when you go to the Blocks section, changing a block here will affect that blocks placement in all the other themes, and vice versa. Is this normal behavior? Where should I begin looking to solve this issue?

  • Url rewriting : prevent to display xml

    Edit : I've got an aspx file (default.aspx) that loads a flash file (index.swf), but this swf needs a xml file (foo.xml) to load correctly. However, I would like to block any request aiming directly at the xml file. Is it possible, using a rewritting engine (isapi_rewrite for example) to detect if the xml file is being 'hotlinked' or being loaded by the 'index.swf'(inside default.aspx)? Any ideas? Thank you.

    hey, i have this path name from an input element interesse[angebote][flurfuerderfahrzeuge] as a string in my php var. now i need convert it somehow (with regex or explode()) so it looks like this: $_POST['interesse']['angebote']['flurfuerderfahrzeuge'] and the use eval() to get the value. Ex. { int var //Code } { int var //More Code } It would help reduce the number of local variables, and make the code more readable, but I'm not sure if it's a good idea.
