• SmtpClient.Send() complains of incorrect no of overloads when passing in MailMessage object

  Hi, I have this code written in .NET 4.0 using VS2010 Ultimate Beta 2: smtpClient.Send(mailMsg); smtpClient is a reference to SmtpClient (I have the relevant references added), and likewise for mailMsg (is MailMessage) - there are no errors stating anything like check for missing assemblies. However, I keep getting an error saying that I have the incorrect no of overloads, when SmtpClient takes either a MailMessage object or the To address, From address, Subject, etc. Why doesn't this code work? Totally confused. Thanks

• Hudson build on URL token

  I configured a hudson instance and have created jobs. While creating builds, I was able to see this option "Trigger the build by accessing this URL + SecretTOKEN" option. Now, I am unable to see that for any new jobs I create. Am I missing some setting or a configuration? The only change I made was running the servlet container from Root to a regular user.

  Hi everyne, I am using mgtwitterEngine to integrate twitter functionality.In my application i want response in XML format so i have done all the changes as metion in readme of mgtwiiter for example i have done #define YAJL_AVAILABLE 0 in MGTwitterEngineGlobalHeader.h and define USE_LIBXML 1 in MGTwitterEngine.m file and i am checking that API_FORMAT is xml too but whenever i am getting response i am getting in json format. • Recording purchased products from in-app store for built-in products

  I'm creating an in-app store for a few built-in features for my iphone app. Apple's documention recommends using the Application Preferences for storing this, but another question in this forum suggested using NSUserDefaults for another task for which Application Preferences was recommended (by Apple). Can someone clarify if, for in-app store purchases, using the NSUserDefaults is a much better way to go? Thanks.

My View code contains <%: Model.ActivityName %> however Visual Studio is reporting: Unexpected toke at the position of the : (colon). • Apache and file permissions

  I'm running LAMP on Ubuntu 8.04. Apache's username and group are www-data. I put my connection details and AES key in a file in a directory that's not web served. I chown-ed the files to www-data:www-data and set the permissions to 700. Still, the script that require()s these files will only run if I chmod the files to 755. What am I missing?

  I would like to use Ruby Net::SMTP to send email. The routine send_message( msgstr, from_addr, *to_addrs ) works well in my code for sending email, but it is not clear from this API how to send email to a list of people that need to be blind copied (bcc:). Am I missing something, or is it just not possible with Net::SMTP?

  I have a big project and I changed the name of 1st form from "Form1" to "WebBrowser", now I It gives me following error. The type or namespace 'Form1' could not be found(are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) cannot even Change the name back to Form1. it says cannot find WebBrowser.cs on disk its is renamed or deleted from the disk.   I know that Silverlight 4 has the support for COM interop via the AutomationFactory class. dynamic excel = AutomationFactory.CreateObject( "Excel.Application" ); excel.Visible = true; Easy. But this creates a separate process for the COM object. What I am missing here is if I am actually able to actually host the office document inside my silverlight application - in a ContentPresenter for example? Thanks in advance.

  I found this regex statement on the wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sentence_boundary_disambiguation) for Sentence boundary disambiguation, but am not able to use it in a Ruby split statment. I'm not too good with regex so maybe I am missing something?   Hi, I built the asp.net website in release mode, set the debug flag to false in web.config, but still some of the webresource.axd and scriptresource.axd and javascript files are not getting cached. fiddler shows the status code "200" for these items instead of "304". what else I am missing to cache these files? thanks in advance RK
