    Hi, I have been working with C# so this is quite strange for me: while($variable=mysql_fetch_assoc) I have not been able to look up in PHP manual how it works. I guess that in each loop it advances to next element of assoc.array. But what is this generally called in PHP? I am just not used to see '=' in loop condition.

  • Binding a collection to Listbox

    Hi, I basically started today with WPF, and I'm astounded by how difficult it is to do binding. I have an array of Textboxes, in an ObservableCollection, and just want to bind that in my Listbox, so that they arrange themselves vertically. I have fiddled around with this for 3 already, can you help? I'm working in a Wpf "UserControl", not a window as so many tutorials seem to rely on.

  • Can PHP and Oracle pass complex types to each other?

    I want to pass/bind an array of (key1, key2) to an Oracle PL/SQL stored procedure using PHP. I'm able to bind primitive types and arrays of primitive types, but haven't found a way to pass complex datatypes back and forth. Is this unsupported? So far I've been having to pass along multiple arrays -- one for each subtype in my complex type -- and then depend on their indexes to reconstitute them in the procedure.

I'm using Coredata in my app, on first launch I download a data file and insert over 500 objects (each with 60 attributes) - fast, no problem. Each subsequent launch I download an updated version of the file, from which I need to update all existing objects' attributes (except maybe 5 attributes) and create new ones for items which have been added to the downloaded file. So, first launch I get 500 objects.. say a week later my file now contains 507 items.. I create two arrays, one for existing and one for downloaded. When i do it, i get this error: 500 | Internal Server Error | Doctrine_Connection_Mysql_Exception SQLSTATE[HY093]: Invalid parameter number: number of bound variables does not match number of tokens stack trace I think the error dependens on this command: 'SELECT b.id AS b_id, b.day AS b_day FROM birthday b WHERE b.day = ?
