    I have a form text field that I want to allow only numbers and letters in. (i.e., no #$!, etc...) Is there a way to throw up an error and prevent the keypress from actually outputting anything if the user tries to use any character other than numbers and letters? I've been trying to find a plugin, but haven't really found anything that does this...

    Are there any practical ways to tell what part of the DOM was modified if you know that it will be modified? I am writing a plugin that will be running along with javascript that i did not write. an event will be triggered before DOM is modified, and one event will be triggered after the modification. It is my job to decide what was changed. is this possible, and if so what is the least horrible way to do this?

    i have a project on intellij and now i wanna run it on intellinj 9 on mac. when i run the project i get the error - "the JDK is not specifiedfor module "XXXXX" specify the JDK in Configuration project". when i go there in the dependencie for module SDk there is No Project JDk. and when i click on new it is just JSDK, Intellij idea plugin SDK,Flex SDK,AIR SDK, Flexmojos SDk and Mobile SDK what can i do? help me pleaaaaaaaaaaaase

    Hi, I have a jcycle plugin on a number of divs which are testimonials. Basically I don't want to show the tag in the testimonial viewed in a block on the front page but rather I do want it to show on another page. So I want to add some jquery or another method that strips the img tags for the front page display. Any ideas how to do this? Thanks Andy

I want to make the Header say 'May 2010' of datepicker as a link and when he clicks on it, it should display a small div or option to select month and year with Apply and close buttons and when he click on apply the dat picker should change with the selected month and year.     I'd like to use the google charts API to create a step chart for my Rails application. Preferably using the annotated timeline Google has (since it has a nice wrapper plugin for rails): http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html However, there doesn't seem to be a way to create a step chart using the annotated timeline or any other chart in the Google API. I'm looking to make a plot like this: If there is no way to do this with the google API, is there an alternative graphing library that can handle such a task?

    Hello, I am using Google Docs in my project using its API. I am loading docs in modal window iframe using http://fancybox.net/ a jquery plugin It works fine but when in Google Docs Save and Close button is press, it closes the iframe and redirects the current page to Google Docs, So is there any way I can prevent the redirection to Google Docs and just close the modal window? Thank You.
