    I'm making a simple image for the web which is a gradient with some text on in Photoshop CS4. The text doesn't seem to be of a great quality. If you look at the logo of stackoverflow you can see that its pretty accurate. Mine don't seem to render properly round the edges. Anyone know how to get the best quality? Photoshop CS4. Thanks.

    Say I have a web component that uses jQuery and I want to distribute it as a packaged component. I need a way to ensure that the jQuery library is available on or after the page loads, but I also want to check that the containing html page, or another unknown component that may reference jQuery hasn't already added the library to the page.   • Need a good way to store data in a DB from a table on a webpage that can have N columns.

    Users need to be able to add a specific type of column to an otherwise static table on my web page and then save the information they enter in there to the database. I've been told that in reality they will almost never go over 5 columns but I would rather support N. The columns will all be of the same datatype. My first thought was to have an XML column with the values from all added columns in there but I was curious if anyone else had come up with a better solution. Suggestions?

The web service and the WSDL generation works fine. But there are troubles with the authentication.
