Here is the function description
test($argv)
$argv is an array, for example $argv=array($from1,$to1,$from2,$to2.....);
array items must be even.
$argv=array(1,2,4,5) : this will output values like below:
1_4
1_5
2_4
2_5
The number of array $argv's is not constant.
Maybe 3 or 4 levels of loop will be outputed.
I know this will used RECURSIVE , but i don't know exactly how to code.
Looking for example code that uses semantic HTML that I can use to test stylesheets with. The version/doctype is unimportant though HTML5 would be great. By comprehensive I am looking for use of definition lists, forms, tables, plus all the usual.
Thanks
Hello, I'm making an application, in which I need to run a code that will tell system events to keystroke a certain phrase. Like in an AppleScript, I would do:
Tell Application "System Events" to keystroke "This is a test"
I don't know how to do this from Xcode, and I would really appreciate any help. Thank you!
in my objects table i have
id | type | parent | order | created
and then in my data table i have
object_id | key | value
i want to get object of type 'x' where key 'y' === 'z' in the most optimal way possible.
ie. get user where slug === 'jonny'
i'm currently doing it with joins, because i'm doing this in mysql as a quick test. but i'll be moving to redis or a similar key/value storage system so obviously that won't work.
Hello,
I would like to know how can I get record count of a query with C#.
Here is the code that I use..
MySqlDataReader recordset = null;
query = new MySqlCommand("SELECT * FROM test ORDER BY type_ID ASC", this.conn);
recordset = query.ExecuteReader();
while (recordset.Read())
{
result.Add(recordset["type_ID"].ToString());
}
return result;
We have a server with a database that has a symmetric key (Database - Security - Symmetric Key). We have a backup duplicate databases that we are using as a test databases, but we don't have this key in there.
How can I duplicate this symmetric key (or make a new one exactly like the old) and put it in the existing databases? It has to have the same value and key-name as the other one.
This is on SQL Server 2008.
I have one string like {test}{test1}{test2}{test3}{test4},(the number of the {} is unknown) and I like to get the content in {} out and put them into array. How can I do this? I tried preg_match( "/({{\S}+}/)"), the result is wrong.
Thanks so much for anyone's help.

I also want the books to be no older than 1 year old. And by textbook i mean i want the author(s) to go into the syntax,semantix,structure of the programming language as well as provide questions/mini projects to test what you learned after every section/chapter.
I need to setup some automated testing of HTTP requests, to check cookies are doing the right thing, with (manual) debugging when there is a problem.
So far I've been muddling along with Firebug, but it's quite a bit of effort using that, and I would prefer some form of scriptable tool, both to make it easier for me and to allow an automated regression test.
Any recommendations?
Hello all,
I am creating a SharePoint site that we will use to report issues with trucks used in our business. Linked to the list I have created will be a page that will display an overview of the trucks and a little truck icon will show the trucks current status. Green and the truck is okay (no open issues), Red and the truck have an open issue with status "Undrivable", Orange and there is two issues open that requires the user to look further into the truck before using it and finally a Gray truck for when there is a new issue created that has not been looked into (not sure if it is drivable or not).
I have managed to create the "Dashboard" and with my limit XSL/XPATH knowledge been able to add a truck and replicate the description above but... in my test I have created 4 issues, for example if three of them are changed to status Closed and one left to Undrivable I will get four icons on the page, three with Green trucks and the last one Red. So in theory it works but I obviously only want to see the last truck, one truck. I am not interested in seeing the others.
<xsl:template name="dvt_1.rowview">
<xsl:variable name="CountReport" select="count(/dsQueryResponse/Rows/Row[@Highloader='GGEU12' and @Status!='Closed'])" />
<xsl:variable name="MoreThan" select="$CountReport > 1" />
<xsl:variable name="NoReports" select="$CountReport = 0" />
<xsl:variable name="Closed" select=" @Highloader='GGEU12' and @Status='Closed'" />
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="$MoreThan">
<div class="ms-vb"><img title='More than one report exist!' border='0' alt='In Progress' src='highloader/Library/hl-orange.png' /></div>
</xsl:when>
<xsl:otherwise>
<div class="ms-vb"><xsl:value-of disable-output-escaping="yes" select="@Icon" /></div>
</xsl:otherwise>
</xsl:choose>
</xsl:template>
My hope is that someone with slightly more knowledge can find the last piece of the puzzle for me!
Thanks for reading and asking questions to fill any gap I left above.

I'm developing my first web-app, and I'm working through logistics.
New users (At first login) need to complete a few things before they can use the app fully.
For example, they need to complete their profile before they can move on to step 2, which is taking a test.
What's the best way to go about creating a "new-user" checklist? I want it to be as simple as possible, coding wise, and as easy as possible for the user.

I want to call it from a console application for testing purpose.
I understand that I can call by adding Service Reference or by adding proxy using svcutil.
But in both these cases, my service needs to be up and running (I used WCF Test Client)
Is there any other way I can call and test service method from console application?
hi,
first time dealing with xml, so please be patient. the code below is probably evil in a million ways (I'd be very happy to hear about all of them), but the main problem is of course that it doesn't work :-)
public class Test {
private static final String JSDL_SCHEMA_URL = "http://schemas.ggf.org/jsdl/2005/11/jsdl";
private static final String JSDL_POSIX_APPLICATION_SCHEMA_URL = "http://schemas.ggf.org/jsdl/2005/11/jsdl-posix";
public static void main(String[] args) {
System.out.println(Test.createJSDLDescription("/bin/echo", "hello world"));
}
private static String createJSDLDescription(String execName, String args) {
Document jsdlJobDefinitionDocument = getJSDLJobDefinitionDocument();
String xmlString = null;
// create the elements
Element jobDescription = jsdlJobDefinitionDocument.createElement("JobDescription");
Element application = jsdlJobDefinitionDocument.createElement("Application");
Element posixApplication = jsdlJobDefinitionDocument.createElementNS(JSDL_POSIX_APPLICATION_SCHEMA_URL, "POSIXApplication");
Element executable = jsdlJobDefinitionDocument.createElement("Executable");
executable.setTextContent(execName);
Element argument = jsdlJobDefinitionDocument.createElement("Argument");
argument.setTextContent(args);
//join them into a tree
posixApplication.appendChild(executable);
posixApplication.appendChild(argument);
application.appendChild(posixApplication);
jobDescription.appendChild(application);
jsdlJobDefinitionDocument.getDocumentElement().appendChild(jobDescription);

validateXML(source);
try {

} catch (Exception e) {

}
return xmlString;
}

DocumentBuilderFactory factory = DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
DocumentBuilder builder = null;
try {
builder = factory.newDocumentBuilder();
} catch (Exception e) {

DOMImplementation domImpl = builder.getDOMImplementation();
Document theDocument = domImpl.createDocument(JSDL_SCHEMA_URL, "JobDefinition", null);
return theDocument;

private static void validateXML(DOMSource source) {
try {

Sche maFactory schemaFactory = SchemaFactory.newInstance(XMLConstants.W3C_XML_SCHEMA_NS_URI);

DOMResult result = new DOMResult();
validator.validate(source, result);
System.out.println("is valid");
} catch (Exception e) {

}
}
it spits out a somewhat odd message:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'JobDescription'. One of '{"http://schemas.ggf.org/jsdl/2005/11/jsdl":JobDescription}' is expected.
Where am I going wrong here?
Thanks a lot
Hi,
I'm sending email with PHP's mail function.
It works just as it should except all email clients show blank From-field.
Here's how i'm using the function:
mail( '[email protected]', "Example subject", $msg,
implode( "\r\n", array( Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8', 'From: [email protected]') ) );
As i said everything works fine except From field is all blank when the message arrives.
Any ideas why this is happening?
I found out this morning that proc.new works in a class initialize method, but not lambda. Concretely, I mean:
class TestClass
attr_reader :proc, :lambda
def initialize
@proc = Proc.new {puts "Hello from Proc"}
@lambda = lambda {puts "Hello from lambda"}
end
end
c = TestClass.new
c.proc.call
c.lambda.call
In the above case, the result will be:
Hello from Proc
test.rb:14:in `<main>': undefined method `call' for nil:NilClass (NoMethodError)
Why is that?
Thanks!
I would like to test an app that uses the Clipboard (WindowsForms) and I need the Clipboard in my Unittests also. In order to use it, it should run in STA mode, but since the NUnit Testfixture does not have a main method, I don't know where/how to annotate it...
Thanks!
Hi all,
I'm playing about with some vertex and fragment shaders using Cg on my little netbook (running Linux). Clearly I'm going to frequently hit resource limits for my graphics controller, so was wondering if there's a nice way to run the shaders on the CPU, just to test them. Something like D3D's refrast...
TIA
Andy
Hi,
So currently I have an array with smarty..
{foreach from=$_sequences key=k item=v}
Name => {$v.menu}
Type => {$v.type}
Step => {$v.pri}
Data =>{$v.data}
{/foreach}
which gives me
Name = Test
Type = Audio
Step = 1
Data = audio1
Name = Test2
Type = Audio
Step = 2
Data = audio2
Name = Test3
Type = Audio
Step = 3
Data = audio3
Now how would I get the data for step = 2 to echo out?
So from that foreach I only want to display "audio2"
I'm trying to implement GK's voice chat. I have the underlying network done over wifi instead of bluetooth. Between the simulator and my test device, I was able to accept the invitation. But immediately after, I get the call didNotStartWithParticipantID, with the following error:
Error Domain=GKVoiceChatServiceErrorDomain Code=32002 UserInfo=0x3b286f0 "Network conditions prevented connection."
Any ideas? What's causing this?
