Hi ,
taken accordian menu in some open source site,
my accordian url
But i want to change this static width to dynamic ,
That is height need to change as AUTO for inside accordian view...
This is somewhat a subjective question.
Noticed themes like thematic and carrington use hooks to display their themes.
Trying to figure out which works best for a more efficient workflow.
Which seems more efficient at theming? Trying to weigh in the cons and pros of hooks vs. just including static files.
n3035 says:
A variable is introduced by the declaration of an object. The variable's name denotes the object.
n3090 says:
A variable is introduced by the declaration of a reference other than a non-static data member or of an object. The variable's name denotes the reference or object.
I wonder what motivated this change. Does it have to do with rvalue references?
I am trying to find a lib file that I created. I changed the configuration type to static lib. Then I rebuild the application. When I go to the debug folder in windows, I see the .lib file. but when I create a new application and try to add it to "additional Library Directories" I go to the exact folder and it does not show up.
I'm probably typical in being bewildered by the many syntaxes of Wpf binding. Does anyone know of a chart that lays out all the possibilities. Across one axis is all the variations of binding syntaxes (Static, Dynamic, Self, ...), the other axis are all the variations of scoping and type. The intersection of the axis show an example.
Surely someone, some author has done this, eh?
public class Test {
public static void main(String[] args){
if (5.0 5) // (5.0<5) for both case it is going to else
System.out.println("5.0 is greater than 5");
else
System.out.println("else part always comes here");
/another sample/
if (5.0 == 5)
System.out.println("equals");
else
System.out.println("not equal");
}
}
can any one explain the first "if statement" why it always come to else part
I have a Class that needs to obtain a reference to it's application's AssetManager. This class does not extend any sort of android UI class, so it doesn't have a getContext() method, or anything similar. Is there some sort of static Context.getCurrentApplicationContext() type of method?
To clarify: my class is intended to be used like a library, for other applications. It has no associated AndroidManifest.xml or control over the context which is calling it.
hi,
when I write a new text file in Java, I get these characters at the beginning of the file:
¨Ìt
This is the code:
public static void writeMAP(String filename, Object object) throws IOException {
ObjectOutputStream oos = new ObjectOutputStream(new FileOutputStream(filename));
oos.writeObject(object);
oos.close();
}
thanks
I have a custom struct :
struct A
{
public int y;
}
a custom class with empty constuctor:
class B
{
public A a;
public B()
{
}
}
and here is the main:
static void Main(string[] args)
{
B b = new B();
b.a.y = 5;//No runtime errors!
Console.WriteLine(b.a.y);
}
When I run the above program, it does not give me any errors, although I did not initialize struct A in class B constructor..'a=new A();'
There are often times I'll grep -l whatev file to find what I'm looking for. Say the output is
1234: whatev 1
5555: whatev 2
6643: whatev 3
If I want to then just extract the lines between 1234 and 5555, is there a tool to do that? For static files I have a script that does wc -l of the file and then does the math to split it out with tail & head but that doesn't work out so well with log files that are constantly being written to.
Hi,
I'm trying to handle errors that have occurred on other threads the .NET CF program is like below:
static void Main()
{
Thread t = new Thread(Start);
t.Start();
...
}
void Start()
{
... Exception here
}
In my situation, putting try catch in the Start method is impossible. How can I handle it in the global code?
First: sorry for my poor English writing.
I remember that in VB6.0 days, we had some modules just for popular tasks like making disabled/enabled all buttons of a toolbar buttons or like calculating records count in a specific recordset.
Now, in .Net days, What is your approach for doing such these popular tasks? Do you create a static class?
Thank you
I've seen a few function definitions like this recently while playing with GNU Bison:
static VALUE
ripper_pos(self)
VALUE self;
{
//code here
}
Why is the type of self outside of the parenthesis? Is this valid C?
Hello,
I've to create a static web site, only .html files.
Each page will have the same layout.
I need a kind of template engine or a tool to generate about 200pages with minimal efforts...
only the body of the page will be different
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi guys:
I got some elements whose style is dynamically modified by a JS. However, I hope one of which would not be modified.
How could I specify its style, which is static, not to be overriden anyway. Thanks.
Generally we derive custom activity from Activity or CompositeActivity class, i want to have my custom base class for all activities :
like
public class BusinessActivity : Activity
{
}
then my custom activities will derive from BusinessActivity .
The quetions is if i want ErrorMessageProperty and RetryCountProperty as dependency properties then in the BusinessActivity how to declare third param in
Register method
like
public static DependencyProperty RetryCountProperty = DependencyProperty.Register("RetryCount", typeof(int), typeof(**BusinessActivity**));
What will happen if i derive from BusinessActivity class ?
i can get file name via below codes. How can i send this file to remote computer. this remote computer ip: 192.168.2.105 also i can use 51124 port

{
Console.Write(s+"\n"); // i need to send tihs s file to remote machine
}

I am trying to write a recursive method to print n number of asteriks in a line and create a new line at the end.
So, TriangleOps.line(5);
would print
*****
This is the code I wrote:
public static void line (int n){
if(n>0){
System.out.println("*");
line(n-1);
}}
instead it prints
*
*
*
*
*
with a lot of space at the end. Can anyone tell me how to remove the line breaks?

Is there an easy way to convert an angle (in degrees) to be between -179 and 180? I'm sure I could use mod (%) and some if statements, but it gets ugly:
//Make angle between 0 and 360
angle%=360;
//Make angle between -179 and 180
if (angle180) angle-=360;
It just seems like there should be a simple math operation that will do both statements at the same time. I may just have to create a static method for the conversion for now.
