I'm creating a new instance of WebBrowser for each screenshot and am disposing of it properly with the "using" block, any idea why it's behaving this way? Thanks, Justin

When Momsbackground is selected in the program, I set the ChosenBackground string according to what item the user has clicked (either "Mom" or "Dad").   I am not really understand how's the nested attributes work in Rails. I have 2 models, Accounts and Users. Accounts has_many Users. When a new user filled in the form, Rails reported User(#2164802740) expected, got Array(#2148376200) Is that Rails cannot read the nested attributes from the form? How can I fix it? • C++ includes with and without .h

  I've never noticed it making any difference whether or not I include the .h at the end of an include, so I've always ignored the meaning, but I've just noticed in a particular program of mine, I get the error "memcpy was not declared in this scope" if I include "string", but not if I include "string.h". First of all, I was wondering the specific cause of this, but also generally the difference between the two. At the same time, if someone could explain the difference between includes in angular brackets and those in quotation marks, It'd be much appreciated.

  I have a console application that is trying to load a CustomConfigurationSection from a web.config file. The custom configuration section has a custom configuration element that is required. This means that when I load the config section, I expect to see an exception if that config element is not present in the config. The problem is that the .NET framework seems to be completely ignoring the isRequired attribute. So when I load the config section, I just creates an instance of the custom configuration element and sets it on the config section. My question is, why is this happening? I want the GetSection() method to fire a ConfigurationErrors exception since a required element is missing from the configuration.   After trying many solutions listed on the internet I am very confused now. I have a C#/SQL web application for which I am simply trying to bind an ExecuteReader command to a Dropdownlist so the user can select a value. This is a VS2008 project on an XP OS. How it works is after the user selects a table, I use this selection as an input parameter to a method from my Datamatch.aspx.cs file. Then this Datamatch.aspx.cs file calls a method from my ADONET.cs class file. Finally this method executes a SQL procedure to return the list of columns from that table. (These are all tables in Adventureworks DB). I know that this method returns successfully the list of columns if I execute this SP in SSMS. However, I'm not sure how to tell if it works in VS or not. This should be simple. How can I do this? Here is some of my code.   Hope someone can help with this. I've been up and down the web and through this site looking for an answer, but still can't get the Autocomplete AJAX control to work. I've gone from trying to include it in an existing site to stripping it right back to a very basic form and it's still not functioning. I think I've exhausted all the "Try this..." options I can find, everything from adding in [ScriptMethod] to changing things in Web.Config. Is there anything obviously wrong with this code? Only other thing that may be having an effect is in Global.asax I do a Context.RewritePath to rewrite URLs - does this have any effect on AJAX? Thanks for any help you can give.

The client has called and wants the change the default behavior in which the flyouts are triggered by mouseover, so that you have to click to trigger a flyout. Ideally, I would just like to modify this code so that you click on a small icon (plus/minus) that sits to the right of the menu item if it has child menus. When I was doing some research on it, people say that XML parsers like DOM or StAX will have to be used. But cant I do it with the regular IOStream?   Ok, I have a hardcoded string I declare like this name = u"Par Catégorie" I have a # -- coding: utf-8 -- magic header, so I am guessing it's converted to utf-8 Down the road it's outputted to xml through xml_output.toprettyxml(indent='....', encoding='utf-8') And I get a UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 3: ordinal not in range(128) Most of my data is in French and is ouputted correctly in CDATA nodes, but that one harcoded string keep ... I don't see why an ascii codec is called. what's wrong ?
