Google Games Chat #7
The Google Games Chat (official motto: "Now with 30% less swearing") is back! And we're ready to talk about all things Halloween related. Like zombies! And vampires! And things in games that scare us, like corrupt save game files. But we probably won't get Todd to talk about Amnesia: TDD, because he's too scared to play it. What a chicken.

windows line endings vs. unix line endings, text vs. binary files, source code control
related terms:
"line feed" "carriage return" "horizontal tab" "mono spacing" "unix line endings" "version control" "diff" "merge" "ftp"

I'm curious as to whether there are existing libs that would be helpful and already well thought out in these regards vs trying to reinvent the wheel. Are there any such libraries or codeexamples that would be useful in this area of board / map management?
