    In Html 5, there is an new attribute on textbox call autofocus. The problem is it is a boolean value (there or not there) It should look something like : <input name="a" value="" autofocus> I try : <%= Html.TextBox( "a", null, new { autofocus } ) %> But, it's give me an error because I'm not setting a value to autofocus... I know I can do it manually, but can I do it with Html.TextBox ?

    if not (i_ReLaunch = 1 and (dt_enddate is not null)) How this epression will be evaluated in Oracle 10g when the input value of the i_ReLaunch = null and the value of the dt_enddate is not null it is entering the loop. According to the rules in normal c# and all it should not enter the loop as it will be as follows with the values. If( not(false and (true)) = if not( false) =if( true) which implies it should enters the loop But it is not happening Can someone let me know if i am wrong at any place

    This below output come from php json_encode.What we see here is 0849 is twice.Since javascript only use sn to get value why we need the "0" value.The main problem is speed execution. If 800 kb data might can be reduce to 400 kb {"success":"true","total":968,"data":[{"0":"0849","sn":"0849" }] If no solution i have to make a script to filter in json_encode so no need twice data transter.

    It is said that when we have a class Point and knows how to perform point * 3 like the following: class Point def initialize(x,y) @x, @y = x, y end def *(c) Point.new(@x * c, @y * c) end end point = Point.new(1,2) p point p point * 3 Output: #<Point:0x336094 @x=1, @y=2> #<Point:0x335fa4 @x=3, @y=6> but then, 3 * point is not understood: Point can't be coerced into Fixnum (TypeError) So we need to further define an instance method coerce: class Point def coerce(something) [self, something] end end p 3 * point Output: #<Point:0x3c45a88 @x=3, @y=6> So it is said that 3 * point is the same as 3.*(point) that is, the instance method * takes an argument point and invoke on the object 3. Now, since this method * doesn't know how to multiply a point, so point.coerce(3) will be called, and get back an array: [point, 3] and then * is once again applied to it, is that true? point * 3 which is the same as point.*(3) and now, this is understood and we now have a new Point object, as performed by the instance method * of the Point class. The question is: 1) who invokes point.coerce(3) ? Is it Ruby automatically, or is it some code inside of * method of Fixnum by catching an exception? Or is it by case statement that when it doesn't know one of the known types, then call coerce? 2) Does coerce always need to return an array of 2 elements? Can it be no array?     I have a Club class and Player Class.The player class has an attribute Fav.clubs which will have unique club values.So the user is suppose to enter various club names.Based on the club names I have to retrieve those club objects and establish the relationship that this particular player has this Fav.clubs.The attribute Fav.clubs in Player class should store the names of Club .Now what I have to do is,take input from user about fav.clubs.This will be a list.After that traverse each element in the list and acc to string name find the corresponding club object and then store that object instance in Player class.

I would love to have an equivalent to Firebug's console.log methods which would allow me to log messages to Visual Web Developer. Any way to log messages to the error list/messages list/output pane using JavaScript?
