  • Problem sending email with Codeigniter - Headers sent in the message body

    Having a strange issue with the email class in codeigniter. When I send email directly to my gmail account email address, it works fine. However if I send email to a different email address and use POP3 to import that email address into gmail, then for some reason all the headers are included in the message.   • Why can't GoogleBot forget a 404 File Does Not Exist?

    Hi folks, For two months now, googlebot is trying to get a file which does not exist anymore. This is just one example out of many: I had renamed the file to a better name and removed the old file. Now, why does Google insist on getting a file which it already has seen does not exist for months? doesn't it just give up and get on being a happy bot? My Error log file is filled with these repeating lines all wanting to get that one file, although they know for already long time that its not there: What to do in these situations? Are there automatic redirection rules that handle via 301 to the home page?     I am not able to start Windows and am using a DVD copy of Ubuntu to start up. I see my 750 GB Hard Disk, but if I click it i get this error: Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 13: ntfs_attr_pread_i: ntfs_pread failed: Input/output error Failed to read NTFS $Bitmap: Input/output error NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g. /dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation for more details. After googling for a while I think I need to do sudo apt-get install ntfsprogs but when I try that: E: Package 'ntfsprogs' has no installation candidate My problem is a lot like this thread

    Why is nesting or piggybacking errors within errors bad in general? To me it seems bad intuitively, but I'm suspicious in that I cannot adequately articulate why it is bad. This may be because it is not in general bad and that it is only bad in specific instances. Why is it detrimental to design error/exception handling in such a way. The specific instance is that of a REST service. There is a desire by some to use http errors (specifically the 500 response) as a way to indicate any problem with specific instances of a resource. An example of an instance resource in this case would be: http://server/ticket/80 # instance http://server/ticket # not an instance So this is the behavior that is being proposed. If ticket 80 does not exist return a http response code of 500. Within the body of the error return the "real" error as an additional error code and description. If the ticket resource doesn't exist return a response code of 404.

Is it possible to use ObjectOutputStream for message object persistence? WebApplication B reads the message object via InputStream FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream("F:/MessagesPersistedFolder"+uid); MimeMessage mm = new MimeMessage(sessionObj,fis); What if the mail message object which is already written via WebApplication A is not a MimeMessage? How can I read non-mime messages using input stream? MimeMessage constructor mandates sessionObj as the first parameter? How can I obtain this sessionObj in WebApplicationB? Do I have to again establish store connection with the same emailid,emailpassword,popserver and port(already used in WebApplication A) with the email server inorder to obtain this session object? Even if obtained, will this session object remains the same as that of the session object which is priorly obtained in WebApplicationA? Since I am using uids to name Message objects (inorder to maintain uniqueness of file names) how can I share these uids between WebApplication A and WebApplication B? I have a 1 source and 1 target and 1 error table.Target and Error tables have all fields that are present in source tables.But the data type o of all fieds for error table are varchar .Error table dont have integirty or foreign key and other constraints . Error table also have2 more fileds .Error no and error msg. Now when the workflow is executed if there is erro while inserting any record then that recored shold be moved to error table.Also the data base error code and error message should be logged in error no and error message in error tables fields as mentioned.     I'm trying to install the Perl module Set::IntervalTree on Mac OS X. I recently installed it today on an Ubuntu box with no problem. It works in VS2008.   • "You need to confirm this operation" message when trying to delete a file

    I'm trying to delete a few files that I created, and I have full permissions on, on a Windows 2008 system. The files are within a folder that I created so they are not system files of any kind. The message box that pops up when I try to delete the file is titled "Destination Folder Access Denied", and the message is "you need to confirm this operation", with a continue, skip or cancel button. I disabled UAC and rebooted to see if this would make the message go away -- it did not. However, with UAC disabled I am able to click on continue and the files are deleted. With UAC enabled I had to provide elevated credientials before the files would delete. What causes this behaviour and how can I remove it?

I’ve tried to create a Transport Rule on our Exchange server but the only option I can find in the actions-window is to reply with a “Bounce message to sender with enhanced status code” but I guess that is not the precise action I’m looking for. How can I set up a server-side auto-reply, apply it to only a fixed number of users in my organization and create a message to the senders (which is outside the organization)?

    I temporarily installed an old Creative Audigy 2 soundboard on my Vista x64 Home Premium computer. Bad idea! I uninstalled the board & all software visible on the control panel. Now, with one particular app. (Sibelius) I keep getting a start-up message "CTASIO Warning: Creative ASIO: there are no Creative audio products installed on the system that support ASIO". I offer this as a candidate for "Most useless message", but that's beside the point. I used a commercial registry cleaner (PC-Tools Registry Mechanic) and then edited the registry looking for "creative", "audigy" and "ASIO". After removing everything I could find, I still get the message. Any suggestions?

  • Deal Slider malware removed, Windows Script Host Error message persisting

    I somehow got "Deal Slider" which was detected by Malwarebytes, so I let the program delete it. Now, every time I start my computer, I get the message from Windows Script Host that says: Can not find script file "C:\Users\Jason\Appdata\Local\Deal Slider\repair.js". Beep boop beep. This is a very odd message, because I can't find any trace of Deal Slider on my system now, and the \Deal Slider\ directory doesn't even exist anymore. I have already tried disabling WSH, but then I get a message that WSH is disabled. I also tried changing the file association of .js and .jse to Notepad. How can I make this error stop happening?

    I have a user who was sent several messages to his Outlook account with the following subject: Changes made to the database xxxx have NOT been incorporated into the database. There was a conflict detected. Your changes may be found in body of this message. A document link to the original document is attached to the end of the message. Unfortunately, besides the link, the body of the email is blank and the link URL is of this form: Notes:///482567CC001B4104. The link seems to be making reference to the database replica ID and clicking on the link opens up the database and not directly to the affected document. I'm finding that the message is not very useful in terms of identifying the affected document. Can anyone advise me on the ways to identify the affected documents or configure the system so that it would identify/link the affected documents?

I spent the last two days understanding the basics, including experimenting with WireShark to catch an example of message exchanged. Now I would like to query the DNS without using dig or host command (I'm using Ubuntu); how can I perform this action at low level, without the help of these tools in wrapping the request in a proper DNS message format?   • Exchange 2010 sending old Out of Office message

    We are just about done with our migration from Exchange 2003 to 2010. I have a user who has been migrated to the new system that is now out on medical leave. He has gone into OWA and set up his Out of Office notification. The good news is that an Out of Office message is sent, the bad news is that it appears to be sending an old outdated message from back when the user was on Exchange 2003, and not honoring the new message set up in OWA. The user has also tried setting this up in Outlook 2010 as well with the same behavior. I have a feeling that this is related to the old public folders (didn't they contain OOF messages?) still lingering around our Exchange org. Any ideas?

    I have an internal exchange 2010 server that receives no outside email and sends no email outside. I'd like to send a notification email to an outside email when a user receives a message on the internal exchange server. This message would simply say "A Message has been sent to your XYZ Email, go check it" Theoretically, the AD would have an external email address associated with the user's AD Account. I'm hoping that a process could be triggered when an email is received on this exchange server and I could take some type of action to look up the AD account for the recipient, grab the external email address and send a standard email to that user. This would be a global rule for all exchange accounts. The problem is that I don't know where to start. Thanks!

  • Windows XP - non-user input data filter message after installing wireless keyboard & mouse

    After I installed MS wireless keyboard and mouse and associated software, I started getting this annoying message titled "Hardware installation" telling me the software I am trying to install did not pass the XP logo tests. The software is for "HID non-user input data filter" and I have two options Continue anyway or stop installation. Now, if I try to continue the installation fails, if stop installing another message pops up with a little mouse logo and the whole process repeats itself. after I am done with that message a third dialog appears. This is happening every time I boot up my PC (a desktop), I tried following an advice I found in some forum and download windows update for ID non-user input data filter, but that installation failed as well. The thing is, that both keyboard and mouse are working fine Is there anyway to get past these dialogs ?
