  • WordPress deactivate a plugin via database?

    - by Scott B
    I have a wordpress script, wp-supercache, that I need to disable (as its cached on a nasty error), however, the error is causing the wp-admin redirect to fail, which means I can't get into the site to disable the plugin. Any advice? I can access the database via cpanel.

    I'm using rest kit 0.20.3 and Xcode 5. Without core data I'm able to perform all rest kit operation, but when I've tried it with core data, I'm not even able to perform GET due to some problem. I can't figure it out. I'm new with core data. So pls help. • Using XStream to deserialize an XML response with separate "success" and "failure" forms?

    - by Chris Markle
    I am planning on using XStream with Java to convert between objects and XML requests and XML responses and objects, where the XML is flowing over HTTP/HTTPS. On the response side, I can get a "successful" response, which seems like it would map to one Java class, or a "failure" response, which seems like it would map to another Java class. For example, for a "file list" request, I could get an affirmative response e.g., <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <response> <success>true</success> <files> <file>[...]</file> <file>[...]</file> <file>[...]</file> </files> </response> or I could get a negative response e.g., <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <response> <success>false</success> <error> <errorCode>-502</errorCode> <systemMessage>[...]AuthenticationException</systemMessage> <userMessage>Not authenticated</userMessage> </error> </response> To handle this, should I include fields in one class for both cases or should I somehow use XStream to "conditionally" create one of the two potential classes? The case with fields from both response cases in the same object would look something like this: Class Response { boolean success; ArrayList<File> files; ResponseError error; [...] } Class File { String name; long size; [...] } Class ResponseError { int errorCode; String systemMessage; String userMessage; [...] } I don't know what the "use XStream and create different objects in case of success or error" looks like. Is it possible to do that somehow? Is it better or worse way to go? Anyway, any advice on how to handle using XStream to deal with this success vs. failure response case would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  • Linux Device Driver: Symbol "memcpy" not found

    - by Hinton
    Hello, I'm trying to write a Linux device driver. I've got it to work really well, until I tried to use "memcpy". I don't even get a compiler error, when I "make" it just warns me: WARNING: "memcpy" [/root/homedir/sv/main.ko] undefined! OK and when I try to load via insmod, I get on the console: insmod: error inserting './main.ko': -1 Unknown symbol in module and on dmesg: main: Unknown symbol memcpy (err 0) I include the following: #include <linux/module.h> #include <linux/moduleparam.h> #include <linux/init.h> #include <linux/kernel.h> /* printk() */ #include <linux/slab.h> /* kmalloc() */ #include <linux/fs.h> /* everything... */ #include <linux/errno.h> /* error codes */ #include <linux/types.h> /* size_t */ #include <linux/fcntl.h> /* O_ACCMODE */ #include <linux/cdev.h> #include <asm/system.h> /* cli(), *_flags */ #include <asm/uaccess.h> /* copy_*_user */ The function using memcpy: static int dc_copy_to_user(char __user *buf, size_t count, loff_t *f_pos, struct sv_data_dev *dev) { char data[MAX_KEYLEN]; size_t i = 0; /* Copy the bulk as long as there are 10 more bytes to copy */ while (i < (count + MAX_KEYLEN)) { memcpy(data, &dev->data[*f_pos + i], MAX_KEYLEN); ec_block(dev->key, data, MAX_KEYLEN); if (copy_to_user(&buf[i], data, MAX_KEYLEN)) { return -EFAULT; } i += MAX_KEYLEN; } return 0; } Could someone help me? I thought the thing was in linux/string.h, but I get the error just the same. I'm using kernel 2.6.37-rc1 (I'm doing in in user-mode-linux, which works only since 2.6.37-rc1). Hi, I am getting the error; Warning: mysql_real_escape_string() [function.mysql-real-escape-string]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2) Why do I get this error? The mysql_real_escape_string() works on all of my pages apart from one? Is it something to do with MySQL being on a different server to the PHP server - if so, how do I fix it? Thanks Tom

  • Brainstorming: Weird JPA problem, possibly classpath or jar versioning problem???

    - by Vinnie
    I'm seeing a weird error message and am looking for some ideas as to what the problem could be. I'm sort of new to using the JPA. I have an application where I'm using Spring's Entity Manager Factory (LocalContainerEntityManagerFactoryBean), EclipseLink as my ORM provider, connected to a MySQL DB and built with Maven. I'm not sure if any of this matters..... When I deploy this application to Glassfish, the application works as expected. The problem is, I've created a set of stand alone unit tests to run outside of Glassfish that aren't working correctly. I get the following error (I've edited the class names a little) com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity cannot be cast to com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity The object cannot be cast to a class of the same type? How can that be? Here's a snippet of the code that is in error Query q = entityManager.createNamedQuery("MyEntity.findAll"); List entityObjects = q.getResultList(); for (Object entityObject: entityObjects) { com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity entity = (com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity) entityObject; Previously, I had this code that produced the same error: CriteriaQuery cq = entityManager.getCriteriaBuilder().createQuery(); cq.select(cq.from(com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity.class)); List entityObjects = entityManager.createQuery(cq).getResultList(); for (Object entityObject: entityObjects) { com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity entity = (com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity) entityObject; This code is question is the same that I have deployed to the server. Here's the innermost exception if it helps Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity cannot be cast to com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.MyEntity at com.xyz.abc.services.persistence.entity.factory.MyEntityFactory.createBeans(MyEntityFactory.java:47) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:39) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.java:25) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:597) at org.springframework.beans.factory.support.SimpleInstantiationStrategy.instantiate(SimpleInstantiationStrategy.java:115) ... 37 more I'm guessing that there's some jar I'm using in Glassfish that is different than the ones I'm using in test. I've looked at all the jars I have listed as "provided" and am pretty sure they are all the same ones from Glassfish. Let me know if you've seen this weird issue before, or any ideas for correcting it.

  • Destructuring assignment problem

    - by Eli Grey
    Why does for ([] in iterable); work fine but [void 0 for ([] in iterable)] throw a syntax error for invalid left-hand assignment? For example, I would expect the following code to work, but it doesn't (the assertion isn't even done due to the syntax error): let (i = 0, iterable = (i for (i in [1, 2, 3, 4]))) { for ([] in iterable) i++; console.assertNotGreater([void 0 for ([] in iterable)].length, i); }

  • Using NHibernate to map a nChar column to an enumerated type

    - by Morrislgn
    Hello Folks, I am trying to map a table frp, a SQL Server 2005 DB to a class which contains an enum: public class MyClass{ private YesNoOptional addressSetting; public YesNoOptional AddressSetting{ {get; set;} } } public enum YesNoOptional { Yes, No, Optional } This will dictate that one of three values is inserted into the corresponding column - 'Y', 'N', 'O'. This column is of type nchar(1). My mapping file is like so (addressSetting is the property which is causing the problem): <class name="IncidentDefinition" table="IR_INCIDENT_DEF" lazy="false" > <id name="Guid" column="INT_GUID" > <generator class="guid"></generator> </id> <property name="Reference" column="INT_REF" ></property> <property name="Description" column="INT_DESCRIPTION" ></property> <property name="AddressSetting" column="INT_ADDRESS_REQ" ></property> <property name="Active" column="INT_ACTIVE" type="YesNo"></property> <property name="PinDocId" column="INT_PIN_DOC_ID"></property> </class> Using the config above I get the following error: NHibernate.ADOException: could not initialize a collection: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.. If I try to map the enum using a custom type like so: <property name="AddressSetting" column="INT_ADDRESS_REQ" type="ML.Types.YesNoOptional, ML.Types" ></property> Error: System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. Next, if I try using a specific type like so: <property name="AddressSetting" column="INT_ADDRESS_REQ" type="String" ></property> This error is generated: NHibernate.PropertyAccessException: The type System.String can not be assigned to a property of type System.ArgumentException: Object of type 'System.String' cannot be converted to type 'ML.Types.YesNoOptional'.. As a last resort I tried to specify the type as a char like so: <property name="AddressSetting" column="INT_ADDRESS_REQ" type="Char" ></property> This works a bit better, as it in it doesnt throw an error, however instead of returning the character from the table and mapping it to the enumerated type the ASCII value of the character is returned instead - so Y is represented by 89! I am hoping someone can explain what I am doing wrong and\or how why this is happening please? Thanks Morris

I know there is a list of characters that need prefixed with "\" when they are used in a field name, but how do I prevent RowFilter from interpreting "[" as the beginning of a column name?
