• XCode CoreData files not found/opening

  Hello, I am using the Xcode 3.1.4 that means SDK 3.1.2 The problem is that I cannot open .xcdatamodel (Core Data) file and I don't even get the Data Model option in Design Menu bar. When ever I double click and try to open the file, XCode gives me an error saying that it cannot find the file at (my project's path).Perhaps it was moved or deleted? , but the file exists at the same path. Please help me out as I haven't upgraded my system to Snow Leopard so cant use SDK 3.2 Regards jAmi

• database text field databound to a checkbox

  I'd like the field to save as a 1 or 0 instead of 'True' or 'False' in the database and i cannot figure out how to do it without manually setting every property when the record is saved. I have to use this a lot in this project and a bit field is not an option. I would like to solve this issue by extending the CheckBox control if possible but i don't know how to change the binding fields value. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

• How do I change "Specific Version" default value when adding a reference?

  When I add a reference to my project, I usually want to use Specific Version = FALSE. This is because our automated build will set the version number. I see the default behavior is to be TRUE. Is there a way to change this? Counting on manually changing that value is error prone (and I end up breaking the build).

In addition, I'd like to have the dependencies present beside my module. No matter how I twist IntelliJ's "build jar" process, the output of my module appears empty (besides a META-INF file).

• How to take handwritten notes as image in android?

  I am trying to develop an android application that could store whatever the user writes on screen as an image. For example, if the user writes "Co" followed by "ol" and presses OK, the text is stored as "Cool" as an image in a field on the form displayed on the phone. (No handwriting recognition or OCR required) I have seen the Canvas class in Android, but how would you concatenate all the letters/set of characeters and convert them to image ? Is there any open source project that does something similar ?

There are a lots of approximation algorithms out there, but I don't have time nor will to analyze them and code them myself. I wonder if it is worth the effort to reimplement this in C or C++ when I have it all figured out or if no significant performance boost can be expected.   I'm deveoping a big project, I have the dev folder (connected to a specific subdomain) then the "real" folder, the live one. When I'm ready to push patches or whole new versions I'm currently copying the files individually, is there a program that can help me do this task?
