  I'm getting this error with IIS 6.0 (i assume), and PHP 5.2.3, and FastCGI FastCGI Error The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. Error Details: Error Number: 5 (0x80070005). Error Description: Access is denied. HTTP Error 500 - Server Error. Internet Information Services (IIS) Any ideas, nothing revealings in logs (other than 500 errors), this is pretty much all of I have to work with. The script has read and execute privileged for the internet guest account; and, I've added read/execute privileges to the whole D:\PHP.   I am receiving errors and at the same time trying to make this work so please read what I got to say. Thanks.... I am creating a c++ application and majority of the application is encapsulated into a class. That means that my WinProc function is a static class method that I use as my call back method for my win32 application. The problem is that since I created that as a win32 application, every class member I use inside that method has to be static as well. Including my HINSTANCE class which I use inside of it.   I'm using ruby 4.2, rubygems 1.3.5-1ubuntu2 and Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. I installed ruby and rubygems with Synaptic. Since "The gem command will output its progress while it sucks down and installs all the necessary gems for a full Merb install. " is written at http://wiki.merbivore.com/howto/installation/gems, when I type sudo gem update --system, I get: "ERROR: While executing gem ... (RuntimeError) gem update --system is disabled on Debian. RubyGems can be updated using the official Debian repositories by aptitude or apt-get." and rubygems has list, build and help commands, I'm wondering if in Ubuntu rubygems is used only for something other than downloading. If it isn't, why isn't rubygems showing any text for sudo gem install merb?

  Hi I am using a Dell PowerEdge 2900 running RedHat 5. I had 4 drives in the system using a Raid 5, I purchased and installed 4 more drives keeping the configuration the same. Set up the Vertual disks in PERC 6/i. When I exit out and reboot the system I get the following: fsck.ext3: No such file or dirrectory while trying open /dev/ddb1 [FAILED] ***An error occurred during the file system check. ***Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot ***when you leave the shell. Then am prompted for the root pw. I enter it and am then prompted with: (Repair filesystem) 1# if I type fdisk -l I get some info on the disk along with: Disk /dev/sdb doesn't contain a valid partition table I am then prompted for (Repair filesystem) 2# If I reboot I am taken to the same screen again. The system was working before this happened. Does anyone know why this is happening and or what I can do to fix it? Thanks

My question is, which database service will be best suited for that application?   Hi. I'm trying to upgrade my current application to use an abstract parent entity, with specialized sub entities. I've created a custom NSEntityMigrationPolicy, and in the mapping model I've set the Custom Policy to the name of my class. [error userInfo] contains "reason=Can't find mapping model for migration" I've verified that version 1 of the data model will open, and if i set NSInferMappingModelAutomaticallyOption i get a migration, although my entities are not migrated correctly (as expected). I've verified that the mapping model (cdm) is in the application bundle, but somehow it refuses to find it. I've also set breakpoints and NSLog() statements in the custom migration policy, and none of it runs, with or without NSInferMappingModelAutomaticallyOption Any hints as to why it seems unable to find the mapping model ?

• What is normal SCSI error handling process (scsi_eh_3) CPU time usage?

  Last week I got setup with a new dedicated server that is running 4x SCSI drives in RAID 10 on CentOS. The machine is pretty lightly loaded at the moment and has been running for 8 days. The process 'scsi_eh_3' has a CPU time of 13:09.67 in top. This is 3x the next closest CPU time of 4:03.93 for mysqld. Is it normal for the scsi error handling process to use this much CPU time? (Seems like it goes to 0.3% usage ever 5 seconds.) Could this be an indicator that one or more of the drives is having issues?

  I have a program that doesn't seem to recognize declared types in the latest U3D software. There's a line typedef BOOL (WINAPI* GMI)(HMON, LPMONITORINFOEX); which gets the error: Error 1 error C2061: syntax error : identifier 'LPMONITORINFOEX' c:\Projects\U3D\Source\RTL\Platform\Common\Win32\IFXOSRender.cpp 28 and a line MONITORINFOEX miMon; which gets Error 5 error C2065: 'miMon' : undeclared identifier c:\Projects\U3D\Source\RTL\Platform\Common\Win32\IFXOSRender.cpp 49 Error 3 error C2065: 'MONITORINFOEX' : undeclared identifier c:\Projects\U3D\Source\RTL\Platform\Common\Win32\IFXOSRender.cpp 49 The program's first non-comment statement is #include <windows.h>, which includes winuser.h, which defines these identifiers. In Visual Studio, I can right-click on them and go to the definition (a typedef) and from the typedef to the struct. WINAPI is defined in WinDef.h, so that seems to be working. There are no redefinitions of LPMONITORINFOEX or MONITORINFOEX in any other file. So, how can this be happening, and what can I do about it?

• Virtualbox and getting the Locked VT-x Error when trying to use more than 1 processor on the session

  I have installed the latest version of virtualbox onto my Hewlett Pakard (h8-1170uk) I have a intel i7 2600 cpu and 8 gb of ram I can get virtual box to create several sessions of different operating systems at the same time, but whenever i try to get 1 session to open up using more than 1 processor option select ( i wanted one of my session access to 2 processors ) i keep getting this error message VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR. (VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED). Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: Console Interface: IConsole {1968b7d3-e3bf-4ceb-99e0-cb7c913317bb} I have search many times and cannot find a option to correct this. I have check my BIOS and there are no options about VT-x or Virtualisation or anything. Am i doing something wrong ? Why does Virtualbox run fine when just using the 1 processor option ?

It gives Warning: mysql_real_escape_string() [function.mysql-real-escape-string]: A link to the server could not be established. .... I went to php.net and look it up "Note: A MySQL connection is required before using mysql_real_escape_string() otherwise an error of level E_WARNING is generated, and FALSE is returned. My questions are: 1-why they put single quotation around mysql_real_escape_string ? 2-They should establish a connection first, then use the $filter array statement with mysql_real_escape_string ?

• TF2010 Build Definition and Access to Path is Denied error?

  I am new to TFS with regards to build definitions. I have a a build folder setup where I have set the permissons so EVERYONE has full control. Here is the exact error I am getting: E:\Builds\PIMSite\PIM.Site\PIM_Site.metaproj: Unable to copy file "C:\Builds\1\PIM System\PIM Site Build\Binaries\HtmlAgilityPack.xml" to "..\PIM.Site\Bin\HtmlAgilityPack.xml". Access to the path '..\PIM.Site\Bin\HtmlAgilityPack.xml' is denied. I have tried everyhitng. I have removed everything from that folder adn can delete it just fine so it is not being used by another process. Any thoughts?

  Hello Seam Users, I'm having a couple problems with my Seam start up. I did the ./seam generate to reverse my current postgres db, which contains 4 tables, first I though everything was okay, just a warning message, but when I imported the project into eclipse, I saw that none of my packages had any class. This is the error that seam generate, got me. [hibernate] Executing Hibernate Tool with a JDBC Configuration (for reverse engineering) [hibernate] 1. task: hbm2java (Generates a set of .java files) [hibernate] log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.cfg.Environment). [hibernate] log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly. [javaformatter] Java formatting of 0 files completed. Skipped 0 file(s). Any ideas? The seam-gen was supposed to generate some entity classes, but its not. I suppose that error is causing the mis-behavior. Regards

  After an unexpected server shutdown due to a power failure, I can no longer connect to the internal windows database MICROSOFT##SSEE which is hosting Central Admin for my SBS 2008 server. The log shows: Error: 18456, Severity: 14, State: 16. Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE'. [CLIENT: <named pipe>] I've tried to connect using the SQL Management studio (connecting to .pipemssql$microsoft##sseesqlquery) but no luck. The SQL Server Configuration Manager doesn't show a entry for 'Protocols for MICROSOFT##SSEE' (but shows it for 2 other database hosted on the same SQL server 2005 Express edition. I have tried to restore the master.ldf and mastlog.log files from a backup, but the issue persists.
