  • is it possible to have an sqlite database in a sqlserver field?

    I think my question seems to be vague. I am trying to save user settings in SQLServer, but the problem can be expressed in this term:"it needs 20 tables with circular dependencies. and i have enough tables to fill 3 database diagrams", so the best way encountered to my brain is to save it as a sqlite database in a field, like this: Index |Name |Data 1 |Behrooz |*sqlite database here* 2 |User1 |*sqlite database here* ... is this way the right way?is it stupid? should i create more tables instead of doing all these? does it increase database fragmention?

  • DNS server not working?

    I just set up a DNS Server on my windows 7, called SimpleDNS I added a zone for example sag.com and defined www.sag.com and sag.com to 192.168.1.2 (my Network IP Address) . the problem is when I try to ping sag.com the SimpleDNS logs says that it answered the request with 192.168.1.2 , but the ping doesn't resolve anything . SimpleDNS logs: > 14:00:43 Request from 192.168.1.2 for A-record for www.sag.com > 14:00:43 Sending reply to 192.168.1.2 about A-record for > www.sag.com: 14:00:43 -> Answer: A-record for www.sag.com = > 192.168.1.2 14:00:43 -> Authority: NS-record for www.sag.com = mehr-pc nslookup : > C:\Users\Mehr\Desktop>nslookup www.sag.com DNS request timed out. > timeout was 2 seconds.   • can router configuration cause decreasing of download rate?

    My download speed got crazy since I changed the router's IP. But nothing got fixed after doing a factory reset. The speed was 1024 kb/s (128 kB/s) but it is 200kb/s (max) right now. I mean it works good if a request is small (i.e. a HTTP request) but it gets slow if a request has a big response. Help me please. (It is three days I'm downloading VS2010.)

I'm going to install Windows seven but i don't want to loose all the softwares i have downloaded. how can i backup my Linux in an external device(HDD, DVD ...) and take it back to my hard-disk(I want to install it outside the windows if possible) Is there any software doing this for me?

  • DVD ROM not working only in windows?

    I have an Asus N53SV laptop, My DVD rom doesn't read any type of DVD in windows , but I just installed windows 7 from a bootable DVD , I think this problem occurred after I tried to change my partitioning with paragon partition magic , I was trying to shrink , join and so , after that my windows showed an error that windows cannot find [weird address] on hard disk every time on starts. windows itself says the DVD drive works correctly and driver is working properly, but no DVD or CD can be read , note that the DVD I'm trying to read is the same DVD which I used to install windows some minutes ago. I don't know what's the problem

    I am new to flash. Does anyone know if the swf files which are sold in istockphoto are open source. I want to purchase this flash piano but i would have to change some of its functionality so I need to make sure it's possible before i purchase. For instance I need it to play a sound on hover not on mouse press. And I'd like it to play my own piano sound samples rather than the ones it comes with. Thanks

I was told all I need to do is set input format to 'Full HTML' in drupal to make that work. But it still doesn't work.

  • How can I loop through every letter in MS Word using VBA?

    I have about 100 ms word documents which include transliteration of foreign names. The author of these docs used a special font called e2 which has about a dozen special transliteration characters (all of which are available in ms sans serif font). I would like to loop through every letter of the document and whenever the font = e2 i would like to loop through the dozen letters (it's easy to guess what they are) and replace them with a Microsoft Sans Serif equivalent. But I can't figure out how you can loop though letters. Is that doable like looping through cells in an excel spread sheet?

  • Can't get max_post_size php variable set in lunar pages.

    I need to increase max post size and upload size for php to use the audio module of drupal. I read this has to be set in php.ini. However I don't think I have access to that file in lunar pages. I also read it can also be set in .htaccess. However it doesn't change anything. I tried: php_value post_max_size "40M" php_value upload_max_filesize "40M" i also tried: php_value post_max_size 40M php_value upload_max_filesize 40M On localhost it says restart webserver. But this is not possible on shared host. Could that be the problem?

    I am trying to get cells from excel into csharp but not sure what's the best variable type to read it into. If I make the variable a string and the cell value is a double I get a parse error. If I make the variable double then when the cell is a string it wont work.
