I am wondering if there is an easy way to keep this popup window (span) JPicker (built on JQuery) on top of other modal windows or divs? Zindex, is there a way to make sure the zindex is always on top?
Thanks
I want to write a sliding window algorithm for use in activity recognition.
The training data is <1xN so I'm thinking I just need to take (say window_size=3) the window_size of data and train that. I also later want to use this algorithm on a matrix
.
I'm new to matlab so i need any advice/directions on how to implement this correctly.
Hi,
I'm using mx:WindowedApplication, I'm wondering how I can skin the title bar and close/minimize button for the window. I can see application like Pandora One is using it and setting transparency. Any pointer to a doc?
Thanks,
I'm trying to put multiple lattice plots in one window using levelplot by setting par(mfrow=c(2,1)) but it seems to be ignoring this.
Is there a particular function for setting multiple plots in lattice?
Hi there,
does anyone know if its possible to restyle a window in wpf. Or even better any tutorials or samples?
Basically i would like to change the minimize and maximize buttons - oh and the close button to be slightly bigger....
I have expression blend....
Is this possible?
I saw some samples in infragistics sample apps which have some great looking forms and as far as i can tell it doesn't use any custom wpf controls...
Any ideas really appreciated
Is there something similar to "wait window nowait" in Windows Forms (.NET VS2008) ?
This is a commonly used sentence in Visual FoxPro for debugging purposes and "quick and dirty" thermometers.
I'd like to create a window, using WPF, that has a thin border all the way around the form - i.e. no space for the title bar with the icon/caption and min/max/close buttons.
For example, the "extra" icons form of the new Windows 7 taskbar:
How can I do this with WPF (I don't mind resorting to the Win32 API, if not supported natively by WPF)?
Can someone pls tell me do we have solic & unsolic message/events in MFC or window programming?
In devices solic response and unsolic response is said as immediate response (like acknowledgement to commands) and late response (generated without any further commands being sent) respectively.
Likewise can we say events as solic / unsolic based on immediate occurrence and late occurrence?
Hey all,
I'm working on a project and I'm wondering how to get a type of window common in Windows's wireless controls, as shown in the screen shot below:
http://cybernetnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/windows-7-wireless.jpg
There's no close or maximize buttons, but the border is still present. My tools include Expression Blend 3 and Visual Studio 08. I was also wondering what the font used on these are, as it doesn't seem to be the normal Tahoma found in Office 7.
Thanks,
Mason
Very strange, I have a list of products. When a user clicks on an the image it opens up a new IE window.
Firefox doesn't do this.
What could be the reason for this?
the urls are:
http://website.example.com
and clicking on the image goes to (which is hosted on another server):
http://store.website.example.com
Could this be some internal security measure or ?
I'd like to start Firefox for example with no display associated and eventually take a screenshot with import.
Can I in fact make it periodically with cronjobs?
I'm now making a ssh -X connection, take the xwininfo for the window started in background and everything's OK. But I'd like to automate it.
I am doing something like this in javascript to print a section of my page on click of a link
function printDiv() {
var divToPrint = document.getElementById('printArea');
newWin= window.open();
newWin.document.write(divToPrint.innerHTML);
newWin.print();
newWin.close();
}
It works great in Firefox but not in IE.
Could someone please help
I was wondering if I can customise the look and feel of the OOB window of my SL app? I want it to look different than the standard windows frame (maybe at least change the visible buttons like minimise or maximise...)
thanks
Is there a way to change the window title of my SQL Server Management Studio to display current server I'm connected to?
To know which DB I'm connected to, I have to scroll all the way up to see the name of the server and it's a pain..
Maybe there's an available plug-in or something.
I can retrieve the url of current tab in firefox using
var wm = Components.classes["@mozilla.org/appshell/window-mediator;1"] .getService(Components.interfaces.nsIWindowMediator);
var mainWindow = wm.getMostRecentWindow("navigator:browser");
var tabbrowser = mainWindow.gBrowser;
var url = tabbrowser.currentURI.spec;
Now i want to do it for all tabs and save it in a string and if possible get it for tabs in the other ff windows as well. How can i do that?
i am working on window os but not able to use cvCreateFileCapture to capture streaming video. It returns NULL.Is it possible to make it work? Or is there other solutions?
Hi,
I know using External Tools options i can run a batch script or a cmd prompt. But here is what i need to do
I want to be able to call a dos prompt inside visual studio, which must be interactive. That way i won't be outside visual studio and can run all my dos commands in it. Is it possible? Or can i extend the command window and capture the commands which are typed and process them using my custom code?
Thanks
