    I'm having a problem with the realloc function. I'm using C only (so no vector) with LibCurl. The problem I'm having is that I'm getting the following error (realloc(): invalid next size) on the 12th iteration of the write_data function (the function I pass to Curl as a callback, it is called each time libcurl has some data to pass back (data is passed in chunks) ).     Is there anyway to have the validates_attachment_size except a dynamic file size limit? Here's an example: class Document < ActiveRecord::Base belongs_to :folder has_attached_file :document validates_attachment_size :document, :less_than => get_current_file_size_limit private def get_current_file_size_limit 10.megabytes # This will dynamically change end end I've tried this but I keep getting an error saying "unknown method".     Hello How can I measure programicaly (not query the OS, but measure) the size and order of associativity of L1 and L2 caches (data caches)? Assumtions about system: It has L1 and L2 cache (may be L3 too, may be cache sharing), It may have a hardware prefetch unit (just like P4+), it has a stable clocksource (tickcounter or good HPET for gettimeofday). There are no assumtions about OS (it can be Linux, Windows, smth non-standart), and we can't use posix queries. Language is C. And Compiler optimizations may be disabled.

I've checked the CSS by hands and using firebug on the page and i can confirm i've put the same size to all of them. How do i fix this?     I used myPanel.setLayout(new BoxLayout(myPanel, BoxLayout.Y_AXIS)); to order panels vertically (one under another one). But myPanel defined in the shown way change the included panel. In more details, it tries to set the same hight and width for the included panels. Can it be changed? Can BoxLayout adopt size of the included elements?

    Hi folks, in my C# 4.0 Application, I have a DataGridView to display some data. I want the Columns size accordingly to the content, so I set the AutoSizeColumnsMode to AllCellsExceptHeader. But I want to restrict the columns to grow beyond a certain value. There is a MinimumWidth Property ... but unfortunately no MaximumWidth Property. Any ideas how to solve this?     Using mysql 5.1.41 and innodb I'm doing some data import, but can't use load data infile, so I'm manually issuing insert statements. I found that it's much faster to disable auto commit and issue say, 100 insert statements and then commit, instead of the implicit commit after each insert. It got me thinking, what limits are there to how much data I can put into a transaction? Is there a limit on the number of statements, or does it have to do with the size in bytes etc...?

    Hi I'm just wondering if anybody else can manage to get the tolerance:'fit' option to work when using the 'droppable' feature in jQuery's UI? I want to call a function only when the draggable div is dropped perfectly onto a droppable div. Both divs are the same size and I'm using snapMode:outer to help the end user. I simply cannot get it to work with 'fit'. Works perfectly with 'intersect'. Would really appreciate some help. Thanks Chris

    I am receiving a SecurityException since yesterday when I launch the service using signature protection level for permission with the default debug keystore. The strange thing is I wasn't receiving this error before yesterday and I didn't make any security related change. On the other hand, my own keystore using for releases is still working good.
