    Hi, I have a service that contains a map: static Map cargosMap = ['1':'item1','2':'item 2','3':'item 3'] that is returned via a method in the service: static Map getCargos() { [cargosMap] } A controller calls it like this: def mform = { Map cargos = empService.getCargos() [cargos:cargos] } In the gsp, I have the select: <g:select name="cg1" from="${cargos}" /> But I'm getting the exception: Error 500: Executing action ....caused exception: org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.typehandling.GroovyCastException: Cannot cast object ... with class 'java.util.ArrayList' to class 'java.util.Map' Any clues ?     What is the best way to produce several tables of unknown size on the same worksheet? Values will be pulled from an oracle database and are used as values on several tables. Is it possible to create dynamic named ranges or is some other method desirable? I have some experience with c# but do not have access to VSTO 2005. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to explain the problem further if requested.

    In QMainWindow I have 2 QSplitters. In that splitters I have QTextEdit, QLineEdits, QTableWinget, Ragio buttons and so on... I want to know if somthing has been chaged after pressing File-New menu button. Is there any general method for doing this? Somwhere I have read that it is recomended to use isWindowModified() function of QMainWindow, but seems it doesn't work.

The problem is, that if the ajax is called the server first renders the editor and then executes the valueChangedListener method. And later the selectedTypeChanged()-listener-method. So everytime the selected editor style type is update one selection later. I.e. after a page reload (the type is initally null) the user selects the A, now the getDynamicEditorGrid() is executed again with type null and after that the type is changed to A. Again the user selects now B (after A) and now the getDynamicEditorGrid() is executed with the type A and after that the type is changed to B. What is wrong with my code? How can I fix this really strange behavior...

  • How do I make vim indent java annotations correctly?

    When indenting java code with annotations, vim insists on indenting like this: @Test public void ... I want the annotation to be in the same column as the method definition but I can't seem to find a way to tell vim to do that, except maybe using an indent expression but I'm not sure if I can use that together with regular cindent. edit: The filetype plugin was already turned on I just got a bit confused about indenting plugins. The accepted answer may be a bit hackish but works for me as well.

    I'm trying to find the exact height and width of a browser's viewport, but I suspect that either Mozilla or IE is giving me the wrong number. Here's my method for height: var viewportHeight = window.innerHeight || document.documentElement.clientHeight || document.body.clientHeight; I haven't started on width yet but I'm guessing it's going to be something similar. Is there a more correct way of getting this information? Ideally, I'd like the solution to work with Safari/Chrome/other browsers as well.

How do I delete User, Group, and UserGroup records at once? The second and thrid methods do not work as well.
