I think that the future is for one or both of these type systems. But when would you use Structural over Dynamic and vice vera?

I installed sikuli-ide with
sudo apt-get install sikuli-ide
Everything was fine until I tried to start it from the terminal. I typed

But the only response I got was

The application was not started, furthermore there is no desktop file and sikuli-ide does not…
