What GTX 285 should I choose?

I'm trying to buy a graphics card and the GTX 285 models seem to be in the right pricerange.

A friend of mine suggested me the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 285 over the XFX Black Editon.

Which card maker and edition would you choose? Is the AMP! a good decision for the ZOTAC?
