I have several contacts saved with photos. The photos do not appear in email messages I received from these folks. How can I make it so these pictures appear when they send me email messages? Thank you.

I came into the office a week ago and outlook has refused to connect ever since, it just says "Disconnected" in the bottom right-hand corner. I've tried restarting it, rebooting Windows etc.

When I try to start Outlook 2007, my system freezes, and Outlook says it is "synchonizing folders".
I don't use exchange, and haven't seen any answers online.
I've tried turning off the exchange integration (right clicking my folders)
Since doing the latter, there is no longer an icon in the system…

what could be the reason for Outlook 2007 continously losing and reestablishing the connection to exchange?
I tried disabling all anti-viruses and firewalls but it did not help.
I should mention that even though this seems to happen to all users, some users cannot even send emails because it happens…
