Is there some command within Thunderbird or command line to will allow me to pipe a list of all email addresses I've received emails from to a file? I would like to do this for a specific email account and folder within Thunderbird as well, and not just all of my accounts.

I have maybe 100 unique people who have sent me an email for some contest and it would be optimal not to have to type all of this stuff up by hand.

Thanks!!!
