Anyone, which know of a script/system which could be used as a starting point for building a email marketing/newsletter sending resell service? (like http://www.campaignmonitor.com/ or mailchimp.com )

We are looking for something professional, which are able to handle bounces etc etc

email is moved to junk-email folder even though sender is listed as safe
