encrypt multiple systems (win7 + deb)

I've installed two operatings system on single drive with 3 partitions (#1 Windows 7, #2 Debian Squeeze, #some data). Grub 2 is installed in MBR and lets me choose which system to boot.
I would encrypt the 1st system partition containing Win 7. I tried to do this using TrueCrypt under Windows, but it says that encrypting Windows system with other loader (not windows loader, Grub in my case) is not supported. How can I do that?
