My Ubuntu is booting really slow (Windows is booting faster...).

I am using Ubuntu a Dell Inspiron 1545 Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2.10GHz, 4GB Ram, 500GB HDD running Ubuntu 12.04 with gnome-shell 3.4.1.

After running dmesg the culprit seems to be this section, in particular the last three lines:
