can a cell A1:A200 be searched for a "name" then once found, imput the cell location into a formula? such as find "tom"(a1:a200), [found location at cell a22] IF(a22),=IF(MINUTE(Auto_Agent!G27)+(SECOND(Auto_Agent!G27))=0,"",(MINUTE(Auto_Agent!G27)*60+(SECOND(Auto_Agent!G27))))

the problem I'm having is each time I import data names can be in different cell locations depending on who is working that day.

example: Agent: Tom
