Login Fail - Google Music Manager

This is on a Surface Pro. I have not installed a virtual machine.

Here is Google's feedback on the error message I receive when attempting login:

"Login failed. Could not identify your computer" error message

If you're receiving a 'Login failed. Could not identify your computer.' error, we couldn’t identify your machine.

Please note that at this time, virtual machines aren't supported by Google Play.

If you're certain that you don't have a virtual machine, some users have reported that they were able to workaround the issue by disabling their network bridge."
