How does when go along finding a consultant to hire for a few hours for particular technologies? Lets say Google Cloud Endpoints, basically a professional at the library that can answer anything I need to know about it?

How much might this cost. Can you hire them for only a couple hours at a time? Or even for a 20 minute phone call like a lawyer?

P.S. I could use someone on call for Objectify questions too.
