I want to be able to load Ubuntu from the Windows Boot Loader using EasyBCD, but Ubuntu won't show up

I am trying to create a dual-boot environment between Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 14.04. I installed Ubuntu on a separate partition successfully, and I am following these instructions: Is it possible to boot Ubuntu using the Windows bootloader?

However, when I restart my computer, Windows Bootloader still won't recognize Ubuntu. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

EDIT: I can add an Ubuntu entry successfully using EasyBCD, but as soon as I restart my computer, the entry disappears.
