• Drupal: re-use same CCK Field in the same content type

  hi, I need a sequence of text, image, video CCK fields, repeated twice in my content type. I need to create 2 different groups (I don't want to use multi-upload functionality). I was wondering if I have to create a new field Image - File Upload for the second group, or I can somehow to re-use the first one (which is already added, and I would like to add it twice in the second group as well). thanks

  Hi, Due to the lack of Deployment functionality of Visual Studio Express edition, I'm here asking if anyone can recommend a very nice free Deployment template for the express edition. I'm mainly working with C# desktop project. I know that there is still ClickOnce deployment in the Express edition, but it seems to me that it is not so difficult to control, which means, you do "click once", then the tool will give you a bunch of files out of my control, not so easy to maintain.   For a back office application which is going to be used in house and users trained to use it, does it make sense to have browser side validation. After training users will seldom make mistakes. These mistakes would get caught at the server side. Also bearing in mind that the bandwidth availability is a lesser concern I feel we should avoid browser side validations. This will save the effort of maintaining the same functionality at two places.

We are currently not in a position to deploy our application on top of App Engine because of limitations in the java frameworks (jboss seam 2.2.0) we are using to build our j2ee application. We would eventually want to deploy our production application on top of Google App Engine, but what are the short term options (java based open source products) which provides comparable functionality to Google App Engine's Image API and will have an easier migration path at a later point in time.
