  Hello, I got Fedora 12 samab and samba client and permitted the same via the iptables. For some reason, I cannot seem to browse my windows network. What did I do wrong, and how can I achieve this.   Hi, I'm having an issue with my sqlservr.exe which is always reading the SBSMonitoring.mdf, around 50MB/sec. I saw that in Reliability and Performance mmc. I don't think my hard drive love it... and it slows down my server. We have a SBS 2008. I found nothing about it, help me please :) Thanks.

• Outlook 2007 - slow loading messages, etc

  Outlook 2007 is slow to load messages...Why is this, and what can I do to speed it up? Currently have about 850 messages in the Inbox folder, and the preview pane turned off, thus I view messages by double-clicking. This is where it gets slow, when I double click, it brings up a new window with everything but the actual message loaded. Solutions? Thanks! (running Windows 7)

• itunes can't see iphone after reinstalled leopard

  My Mac harddisk died so I replaced it and installed OS to Leopard 10.5.8. Problem now, iTunes doesn't see my iPhone 3GS at all. (iPhoto works just fine) but iTunes is blind. I have too much info on my iPhone, I don't wish to restore/reset it and wish to get everything from my iPhone sync'd into iTunes afresh. How can I do that? Thanks. Joseph

  Hi, I would like to run apache as a limited user on Windows 2008 R2 for security reasons. I've created a user in the user group (let's call it apache), and set the user to run as in the services pane, but then I am unable to start the service (probably not enough permission to bind to port 80). What is the minimum privileges needed to run apache on windows 2008, or what should I do to allow the user apache to bind apache 2.2 to port 80? Thanks!

  So I've got a Mac in the post coming to me, and will probably be doing quite a bit of development on it so I am looking for a text editor (PHP + HTML mainly). I curently use Notepad++ on Windows and I simply cannot live without the function list plugin (It displays all functions in the current PHP file in a box on the right).   Hi, I have installed a web application which is configured using a network drive But i am keep getting a pop up asking for credentials looking in the event log, the network logon is set to my domain/account which looks fine however caller user name is empty (not sure if this is an issue) the application works fine when i use a local drive the application also runs fine when i set "connect as" user the application also works fine when a share on the local machine is used!! direct asses using the unc path is not a problem Please advise what i can do or should check Thanks and Regards, James

  Hello, I run VirtualBox 3.1 on Ubuntu with a Win XP guest. I have noticed to my surprise that when I pause the VM (its screen grays out) VirtualBox continues using 15-20% of the host's CPU.
