    i have used html in my java class and in one case i have used username.Username is a variable which gets values dynamically. in one case its value is 'rg@bg' but here instead of d name i m getting d url which it is directed to in my jsp. how do i ensure tht d value of username comes on d display page as it is. i have tried "@"+username. didnt work

  • Call Dispose() on a WindowsIdentity object? C#

    I am retrieving a WindowsIdentity object by calling: win_id = System.Security.Principal.WindowsIdentity.GetCurrent(); with the intention of getting the currently logged on user name, which works fine. WindowsIdentity implements IDisposable, but since I din't create the object myself, do I still need to call .Dispose() on it when I am finished with it or not? Thanks.

But that is not what I want, I need all other divs stay where they are, and my hidden FAQ section just float on the top. Not sure how to do it. Not even sure if this should be done in HTML, CSS or jQuery.     Ok so I want to conditionally add this line of code; <!--[if ! IE]> <embed src="logo.svg" type="image/svg+xml" /> <![endif]--> Using: document.getElementById("logo") .innerHTML='...'; In a if()/else() statement and it don't write it! If i get rid of the selective comment ( <!--[if ! IE]><![endif]-->) and only put the SVG ( <embed src="logo.svg" type="image/svg+xml" /> ) it work! what should I do?     Please, have a look at: http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/base-css.html There are many examples like this one: if you look closer to the block borders, you can see that the gray block is under the white one. Using the browser's developer tools you can see that both boxes have an inherited z-index: auto; I can't reproduce this effect on my website (without using z-index). So, my question is: Why is the gray block under the white one?

    Let's say you have two objects (UITextviews) in your class. When the text view changes, you have a delegate method that catches the change.. but how can you tell programatically WHICH object was changed and called the delegate ?? I have to be missing something, because this should be trivial, but I couldnt find anything. Note: In this case, its not possible to just break up the class to only have one object (there by bypassing ambiguity).. I looked for things like assigned variable names for nsobjects, nothing there

    I'm running a query and then decrypting it in the controller. After it is decrypted I was putting the results into an array and sending that to the view. The problem is with this solution I need to rewrite all of my views to parse the arrays sent instead of the active record objects sent before. Is there a way to turn the decrypted array back into an object that will work with existing active record code in the view?   • Reinject dependencies of a freshly deserialized object

    If a program has literally just deserialized an object (doesn't really matter how, but just say BinaryFormatter was used). What is a good design to use for re-injecting the dependencies of this object? Is there a common pattern for this? I suppose I would need to wrap the Deserialize() method up to act as a factory inside the container. Thanks!
