  I'm using the following code to get the path where Word stores its templates: WordTemplatePath:=WordApp.Options.DefaultFilePath[$00000002]; The problem is that this returns the path for the actual, logged-in user. Is there a way to get the path for another user of the same Windows instance? I need it so my installer program can install the templates used by my program for other users as well.

For instance, I would like to turn off stopping on FCE for a certain piece of code, that generates many FCE, however, I would like it to be active for all the other code.   Hello all, I have an instance of a FlowCoverView (a great library that emulates cover flow on the iPhone). And it works great, with the exception of an update. When I update my table behind the scenes, I have no way of telling this control (that is defined in IB) that it has been updated, and to reload. (much like you can with a table using reloadData) To the question, is there a way to replace a control that is on the screen with another control to force the reload?

The catch of course is that the singleton connection will be exposed (either directly or indirectly) via a web-service (most probable a SOAP based web-service - located on a separate server from the calling app(s) ) - which means that there may be more than one app / instance attempting to connect to the singleton class. In PHP, what is the best way to create a global singleton or a web-service singleton? TIA

Is this simply the objc equivalent of a #define that's limited to the method's scope? I tried: Hierarchy hierarchy = LogManager.GetRepository() as Hierarchy; hierarchy.GetAppenders() as per documentation this returns all appenders for all loggers currently configured. When I try this: LogManager.GetLogger("MyLoggerName").Logger.Repository.GetAppenders(); I get the same result.   I would like to know as to what will happen to the thread which has been created by an activity and the device is rotated. I have observed that the onDestroy method is called when this happens.
